The keepers’ of destiny
Looking around the kingdom Princess Elana could see the celebrations. This was all for her, the life she had known was gone forever. She was to be a keeper of destiny keeping safe the scriptures of the Gods’ from mankind.
Mankind would destroy each other for the knowledge which was held in these stone vaults beneath her father’s kingdom. This knowledge would give mankind the power of the Gods’ and bring great destruction to all creation.
You need to come now this will be the last time you will see or talk to anyone but the other keepers’,
Sakria the high priestess told Elana as she led her away to the anointing chamber.
You must wait here, until sun lights the window at the top of the chamber in three days time this is when the ceremony will begin. Remember the lessons you have been taught also do not sleep,
Sakria told Elana has she left Elana alone in the darkness.
Do not sleep!
Sakria’s voice came again echoing in the darkness.
In the distance Elana thought she could see something lurking in the shadows, maybe the darkness was playing tricks, maybe it was her lack of sleep, this was first time she had been awake this long. Suddenly the sound of thunder hit Elana’s ears she knew then that danger was coming. Running towards were the other keepers’ slept?
She screamed. Wake up Wake up!
Waking up, the keepers rushed to the top of the temple, changing towards them were BAL. He needed the scriptures to be the ruler of all creation. With him an army made up of the most evil creatures in all creation. BAL’s plan was to attack the temple from the inside. He had deceived a young girl, making her fall in love with him and blinding her to his evil intent. She had done everything he wanted. Setting them self’s at different points around the temple the keepers’ prepared for a fight. BAL sent balls of fire onto the temple, burning the gates enabling his army to enter. The traps Sarah had planted around the temple had worked. Three of the keepers’ were dead. They had been betrayed by one of their own. The keepers’ were lost forever. Seeing BAL Sarah ran towards him.
My love I am here, I have done what you wanted.
She had served her purpose. Shooting an arrow towards Sarah BAL missed hitting the wall behind; Sarah could not believe BAL was going to kill her.
She was suddenly overwhelmed with feelings of fear and hate she pulled a burning torch from the wall, in a rage of madness, setting alight the soft furnishings around her.
I am going to destroy you.
Fire spread all over the temple burning destruction, destroying everything. Sarah’s soul would be banished forever for her betrayal. Elana survived alone with the knowledge. Angels’ came forth from the heavens and took possession of the scriptures the sacred knowledge of the Gods’ was safe from evil for now.
WW1
The smell of death filled Edward’s nose the sound of the battle was soul destroying. Looking at Albert, Edward thought.
If I was too died here today, what is it all for? Are we making a different?
Edward are you o.k. you’re going to get yourself killed. You have to keep on the ball, there too much death here today. I don’t want to lose my best mate.
Sorry mate, you’re always looking out for me,
Edward replied
Since the day you saved me, from drowning when we were both ten years old,
Albert added.
Coming from behind them the devil himself the shot of death hitting Edward in the shoulder today death had come. Had death come for Edward? The adrenalin kicked in moving quickly dragging Edward toward the edge of the forest.
Albert laid Edward down.
Don’t die mate we still have plans. We are going to them together when this dam war is over.
White light enveloped swirling, overwhelming feelings of love and peace. Angels’ were around Edward.
Am I dying,
Edward asked.
You cannot die; your bloodline has to survive and save to humanity.
Going into a coma state, Edward thought he was dying. Emerging from the shadows an evil so old was coming. Hell was opening towards him dragging Edward to hell. Looking toward the forest John-Pierre saw Edward laying there, placing Edward into the back of his carriage. John-Pierre headed home. He loved his home it had been in his family for three hundred years. The house was all he and Dion his daughter had left. Dion was all he had left since his wife died last winter.
Looking out of the window, Dion saw her father. Running out of the door towards him she looked at Edward.
Who is that?
I found him at the edge of the forest, he has been shot. The bullet went right through. I cleaned the wound, but he has lost a lot of blood.
I made a soup I will bring him some. Then I will make a bed in the back room,
Dion smiled.
He might not eat because he is still very weak. I will have my soup in my bedroom, I am tired," replied John-Pierre.
John-Pierre knew that he wouldn’t last much longer, his lungs were getting weaker. It took Edward two weeks to recover with the tender love of Dion. She had saved him dying; he had fallen in love with her. He was going to ask her to marry him that very night. Looking straight into Dion eyes Edward took hold of her hands.
I love you Dion. I want you to be my wife, please say yes?
Yes Edward I will marry you but I am not leaving my father yet, he is dying.
"I will stay here with you for as long as we have to, then we will leave for my home in Whitby. Edward said kissing Dion to seal their love.
One year later Edward and Dion were married, setting up home on the north east coast in the bustling fishing village of Whitby. Famous for fine jet jewellery, fresh sea food and of course Dracula
Edwards’s survival was nothing short of a miracle. He knew the truth and what was needed to be done.

Book One
The Final Prophecy
Chapter One
Jake thought that he knew everything; he never thought much about the world around him. Shit happens every day, if you watched the news you would think that it was the end of the world and never leave your house. The fear was put into the hearts of people to influence them.
The train was very quiet tonight, the cold weather does that, people like to keep warm at home.
I wish I was at home, warm with a cold beer watching the TV until I fall asleep that was my life,
Jake thought.
She runs into Jake’s life so quickly, like watching his life fast ward. Looking into her eyes Jake saw the fear. He didn’t stop to think, he had to help. These men fought like wild animals. She was screaming the fear was too intense. Who were Simon and Keven? She was screaming for their help. Looking around the carriage Jake saw there was no one.
I am here, there is no one else!
Jake was beaten, was this how his life was to end. The monsters’ launched at him striking him swiftly the taste the blood in his mouth. With all his strength he fought. Jake decided this wasn’t how his life was to end. These were not men but monsters’, was he dreaming. Maybe he was asleep. This had to be a dream, it was over as quickly as it started entering the carriage two men with swords. The monsters’ were destroyed; the men removing the heads of the monsters’ making them disappear. Are these the men that the girl was screaming for? She doesn’t look afraid anymore. Jake felt like he wasn’t in control. He hated not to be in control.
Am I dead, or am I dreaming,
he asked.
Jake looked at the girl then at the men.
Is this real, what’s going on. They were not men, but monsters’, what’s happening?
Come with us they know who you are now, we know a safe place to go. On the way we will tell you everything. I am Hannah and they are my brothers Simon and Keven.
You’re safe with us,
added Keven
Ok, I am Jacob Hartley but you can call me Jake. You Hannah are very beautiful, marry me.
A charmer not with my sister mate,
Simon said callously.
Two things before I go anywhere I want to know where I am going, and what the fuck is happening?
Look I will tell you where we are going. You will learn soon enough what’s going on,
Hannah smiled at Jake. Jake knew at that moment he was in love for first time in his life. She was beauty he would follow her to the ends of the earth.
We live in Whitby; you will be safe there it’s protected by magic,
Hannah smiled at Jake.
By the time we arrive you will not see the world in the same way again,
added Keven.
They all walked in silence to Hannah’s car. Jake couldn’t help but fill anxious. His life had been turn upside down. Were these monsters’ really real? It was like something out of a horror film. When they were all seated in the car Simon told Jake the truth.
This battle between good vs. evil started at the battle of Mons in WW1, the number died of souls’ died at the right point in time gave evil the strength to imprison good. Our Grand-Grandfather was in the Lincolnshire Regiment. He was suppose to die that day but was safe by Great-Grandmother’s father, they nursed he back to health. Since time began our family have had the knowledge to fight the Demons’. Our bloodline is important. This is all planned by the Gods’.
Putting her hand on Jake, Hannah asked Are you ok, do you want to hear more?
Jake smiled, holding tightly on Hannah’s hands. Hannah finished the story.
We were told stories by Great-Grandfather as we were growing up.
There were Angels’ seen over the battlefield, we were told they were trying to stop the evil from being realised. The evil had the strength to fight then imprisoning good.
We fight to try to destroy evil,
Simon said conceitedly.
Why did you use swords to kill the nephilim, I would have used a gun killing them quickly,
Jake joked.
Guns and other man made weapons don’t work, these swords are made by our blacksmiths their (knowledge was pasted down from generation to generation) to destroy the nephilim. Wrought Iron, jet, gold and silver are set together,
Simon answered.
Laughing at Jake, Simon said. There is a lot more but I do think that your mind needs rest before you learn more. You will meet my parents soon. There is one very important thing, don’t talk to your family or friends you will put them in great danger.
Why?
Jake answered angrily.
They will be killed,
Hannah said sadly.
The journey seemed bleak for the first time in Jake’s life he felt fear. Fear of the truth, most of all fear for the unknown. What was going to happen, Jake’s life was different now; He couldn’t go home or talk to his father again. In a few hours his life was gone. Jake was dead to everybody he knew! What a disturbing feeling knowing that the world was not what it seemed, that the people you knew could be Demons’. His world was falling apart around me. Jake should have felt alone, you would have thought that but you would have been wrong. For the first time in Jake’s life he had people around him people that he could trust. Hannah, Jake had only known her a little time but he felt that he had known her his whole life. Maybe this is what you felt when meting your soul mate?
So Jake, what do you do when you are not saving my sister,
asked Keven.
No dying for her,
sniggered Simon.
I am a computer programmer.
Are you married, any children,
Hannah asked.
No, are you asking,
replied Jake.
That’s enough, that’s our little sister,
Hannah’s brothers said together.
Are you hungry asked Hannah there is plenty of homemade food in the back. My mother and I grow the food ourselves.
Why is that?
Jake asked without any interest, this was getting too much for him. Jake wanted to be at home, not knowing the truth and what was happening.
We make our own food, because we believe the Demons’ are controlling the mashes by contaminating the food. We also have local farmer that we know that we can trust. For the food what we cannot grow ourselves.
Why do they do that?
asked Jake.
Why do you think to control people thought’s. So they can’t see what is front of them.
No, I am not hungry, Thank you.
Sitting back Jake tried to gather his thoughts. A lot had happen in the few hours he had met Hannah. They told him that the Gods’ had a plan for everything; Jake was in the right place at the time. He would have to help them to destroy the Demons’ now they knew who he was. Demons’ that was something you saw in horror film not in real life. Jake wish he stayed at home, were he would still be in his normal life. Maybe he could go home and forget what has happen. Hannah he would love to get to know her. There was something about Hannah that made him feel warmth in his heart, a feel that he could fight the world. This feeling in his heart maybe this was what love felt like. Looking out of the window Jake stared at the people some of these people were Demons’. How could you tell, maybe people you have known for years. People you trusted. How could a person live with this knowledge and never go mad. Jake had never believed in the Devil or in God. He believed you were here then you died. If there where Gods’ why did they take the people you loved away?
Dare he believe that Hannah and her brother’s were telling the truth, that mankind could be domed? Putting her hand onto Jake’s arm Hannah smiled with that Jake knew what he was here to do. This was his fate; the Gods’ had a plan for him. Closing his eyes Jake decided to get some sleep. Jake was haunted by dreams of darkness, evil destroying the earth, mankind gone forever was this our future. Would his life ever be the same again? Why did the Gods’ choose him, Jake was a normal person not a warrior? How would Jake be able to fight and destroy Demons’? They had powers that man did not the Gods’ had to be wrong.
How long is the journey?
asked Jake.
About six hours,
Hannah answered.
Looking at Jake Simon laughed it was funny how they met Jake was willing to die for his sister. He hoped they were not making a mistake taking Jake back to Whitby.
He was always wary of people because Simon knew the evil in people soul. People who weren’t familiar with Simon’s moods would think him offensive but he only told the truth.
Chapter Two
The car slowed down as they drew closer to the James home, Jake began to awake the prospect was deeply unsettling that this large stone house was to be his home for now. They entered the house fairly quickly as the rain began to pour. The house was magnificent, antiques everywhere it was like entering a museum.
Not short of money,
asked Jake, as he moved closer to Hannah.
Good family inheritance, so yes plenty of money,
smiled Hannah.
So you don’t have to work,
asked Jake.
Destroying Demons’ keeping mankind safe is more than any 9-5 job,
Keven replied.
Just then Gaynor entered the room.
Your father will be down soon,
looking Jake up and down her asked.
Who is this?
Simon replied, Jake he saved Hannah from two nephillim.
This is very dangerous situation, what have you told Jake?
Gaynor asked her children.
Some of what has happened,
Keven answered.
We had to bring him here; he knows the truth. They also would know who he is now the nepillim would have him dead,
Hannah replied regretfully.
Go to the living room, I will get your father. We all need to sit down and have long talk on what’s needed to be done,
Gaynor said as she left the room.
As Gaynor walked to the end of the garden, her husband Ian was sitting on a chair enjoy a glass of homemade elderberry wine. She began to think, there were others that knew the truth. Like the coven Hannah and she belonged to. Also over the years people who they had known had been killed for knowing the truth. What if they sent the boy away and he was killed but what if he was sent by Huwawa. No! Gaynor knew by
