From the urban city to its suburban south, to ranch land from old ages, there is a place known as the Double QT Ranch.

In the horse running corral, two colts, Winnie and Thunderose, run in circles. They stop to face each other, roll over from side to side, kicking up dirt in the process. They get back up and shake the dirt off like dogs shake off water.

Two children of the ranch, Randy and Paula, watch as Winnie and Thunderose continue in their playful rollings, prancings, runnings, and neighing.

Randy and Paula walk over and open the gate. They enter the corral and shoo Winnie and Thunderose out.

After another big day, Winnie and Thunderose are in the calm of their stalls in the feeding barn, munching on oats and hay softened with water.

    Winnie asks,

    How many stars are there?

    Thunderose answers,

What matters is not how many stars are in the heavens, but whether you are a star here on earth.

One year later, at the food barn, Randy and Paula open a cabinet that has keys and clipboards. There is a phone. It rings. The boy answers.

It’s a phone call from the feed store just down the road.

The overweight accounts receivable manager is on the phone.

    The manager says,
