About this ebook
Wendy Robinson
My qualifications that set me to part in writing my own Autobiography is my life experiences and my endurances that have allowed me to have a powerful story and testimony on how I have learned to cope and deal with Bi-polar Disorder from a positive standpoint. My everyday circumstantial events have allowed me to center my focus and attention on ways that I can harmoniously learn new coping methods that will allow me to better maintain my bouts with Major Depression (Bi-ploar Disorder). Everyday there is also something new that happens and this allows me to to have a better understanding of how I can continue to learn ways that can help me to fight my battle with Depression. I have gained ways to do this by Meditation, my daily walk on the nature trail, reading scriptures and positive affirmations on my self. Listening to inspirational music has always helped me to set my mind on postive things that can help me to deal with it day by day and one step at a time. My personal target on how I deal with Bi-polar disorder is my developing love of the being that I was created and not comparing myself to other people and the way that they live, learn, and how they accomplish things from their point of view and life style. It goes deeper to the point where I have learned to embrace my limitations by using the God givens skills that I have to my full advantage. I have learned not to be a people pleaser but to first accept myself for who and what I was created to be. It gets even more personal by me constantly trying to develop a relationship with my heavenly father, which at times can be challenging. Due to this fact, my life has had its shares of Good and bad like the most of us. I was born and raised in Lynchburg VA. Other than a five year excursion living in NC, Va is my Birth place. In my spare time I like to read many different books, and I Love listening to my Christain music. Travelling is also nice when I have the resouces to do So. God Bless.
