MIRACLE DREAMS
—From my Daughter in Heaven
I keep asking God why my loving daughter Renee died from cancer at the age of 31. Is that why she lived her life like a shooting star, compressing double the years? Why did I name her Renee(reborn) Jean(my name)? Did God give me this name? Why was my brother killed at 21 (in a car accident) on the day before Renee’s birthday, April 5th? I didn’t realize there was a numerical pattern in our family. Because of sin in our world, there are fatal diseases and accidents. I had three brothers—now two and one in heaven. I had three children—now two and one in heaven.

we must look for God’s signs of light.
Jesus was the greatest rescue mission.
Tell them God will take care of them.
When tested through life’s fire,
we learn to fear there is no reason.
God works all things for the greatest good.
For everything there is a season.
Chapter 1
Our Past
After feeling my parents’ intense grieving, now I know that losing a child is the heaviest cross. As for my childhood, my father’s anger verbally abused my mother and darkened our home environment. He didn’t get the medical help he needed to lift him out of himself. My laughing and singing and loving mother died of a broken heart at 61. At my brother Jim’s funeral, my father kept repeating, God gave Jean twins, an extra child, the same year—to even up.
This son was my parents’ pride and joy—the gifted son who had been accepted to start medical school after receiving his B.S. degree in Engineering. Like him, Renee had proven her desire to help humanity—defending the needy legally. I have heard people say, The good die young.
Is that why God could use Jim and Renee (rewarding them with heaven) to enable their families to come back to God through grieving? Whatever the case, God answered my crying out to Him and blessed me with the miracle dream messages Renee has sent to me.
As I was praying for a miracle of healing of Renee’s body, I didn’t know that it was to save her soul. Just as I had questioned Christianity and everything when I studied secular humanism at college and in France my junior year, so did Renee. Her first year she announced I am an atheist.
This repeated assertion was in contrast to her loving heart. In all aspects of life, she always had a deliberate quality of self-questioning. Most of us manage to hide behind masks.—Not Renee, a genuine caring and giving child of God searching her way and offering compassion to everyone with a smile and a hearty laugh. She had seen God in the beauty of nature. Early indications were her reverence of our majestic earth and her favorite musical play, Les Miserables
