Foreword
It was not the blossoming feud that perfumed the redolence of justice. It was not the shield of sentiment that startled the truth of resistance. It was neither the screams of hatred alone that composed its melancholic tune, nor was it only the maddening fever of lust and greed that sickened the soul of virginity. It was not revenge, murder, nor poisoning or escape. It was Truth alone…that conquered our fates, that tore down the man-made path of bloody, vicious hate and along with it the heartache of never ending subdue.
Pain comes in many disguises, you know and I know. It is not a competition of who lived the most unfortunate life or suffered in a greater circumstance. Of any age, nationality, culture, sex and experience…any living Being in pain, physical or within has the right to be understood and embraced and cherished. The heart has but one language and it speaks in Love. But do not underestimate its knowledge of speaking in only one tongue. It has been a language that the majority had to relearn and a language others could never understand.
Preface
A poetic outcast am I.
Alone in silence,
My world of violence,
A secluded terrorist am I.
But my mind is of reason
Though my heart is of treason,
Have you not heard of a Gemini?
I move with the moon of mysticism,
I paint the words of hypnotism.
I am a gypsy wanderer,
Logic makes me a philanderer…
A free spirit am I.
Simplicity is a bore,
Commonness is a whore,
A gentle vulgarian am I.
Listen to the music of my soul,
See the beauty inside the wound,
Speak the meaning past the words…
Live to feel the magick on earth.
