About this ebook
Good source of poems for your sympathy letters and cards. Information on the complexity of teaching truth but fair opinions of the Bible to the young. All is not written, your own opinions on gray matters may be as good as anyone else. Let the Spirit lead you. Don't go against your conscience, because of other opinions on a particular belief. Sin against the Holy Spirit is the only unforgivable sin. Don't be political correct if it goes against your conscience.
Personal story of sexual abuse in the family and was it really important to continue family communications? In some cases probably not.
Charles E. Carr
Since a teenager, I have expressed myself with writing my feelings and in my mind's eye, they are mostly lyrics to be set to music. This book is a partial of my thoughts over the years. Most of the silly love ones have been destroyed, but the ones I considered as meditative and/or pondering has been rewritten over the years with the same ideals expressed. As of today, only two have been set to music in 1977: "Your Truest Friend" and in 2004 "Christmas is for Children". As of today, none have been published but all have been copyrighted. However, some are in the process of having music written.

Introduction
I feel an introduction is in order, since I am a new author.
Since a teenager, I have expressed myself with writing my feelings. In my mind’s eye, mostly lyrics to be set to music. This book is a partial of my thoughts over the years. Most of the silly love ones have been destroyed, but the ones I considered as meditative and/or pondering has been rewritten over the years with the same ideals expressed.
As of today, only two have been set to music in 1977. Your Truest Friend
and in 2004 Christmas is for Children
As of today, never published but all have been copyrighted. However, some are in the process of having music written.
I have always felt I had a creative nature, but somehow never the capacity to accomplish anything with this desire. I made good grades in school, but that was with the yearning to excel. I studied earnestly and that made my somewhat shyness more acceptable. However, I realized I had some type of disability. Today, I am sure it would be classified as a form of dyslexia. At time, the simplest words, I could not spell. This problem and my lacking the sense of sound made my enunciation laughable. This realization, I never desired to go to College after High School. The fear of failing, and not having enough money really wasn’t an option or desire. Although I wanted to go to college later, I joined the Air Force for the education benefits of the GI Bill.
I felt odd at times, since I enjoyed Church, and spiritual subjects, and most all persons, mostly boys at that age did not. Sometimes I felt I had ESP, or at least inspiration thoughts. So many of them causing, I believed problems with my peer group. Especially in the Air Force, my dreams of the ESP or inspirations types kept me from doing things that the majority of the young airmen were enjoying. I wasn’t a square angel
all the time, but I am sure this caused many to wonder about my sexuality. By that time I had control of my temper, which at times caused trouble at home, but never at school.
Maybe I developed a complex personality—I was the fourth child in a large family (three older brothers, and one sister and two brothers younger). Since the time difference of my third brother and myself was the longest period without a baby in the family. I found the complexity of being the middle child, but I found myself the baby of the first group, and leader of the last group. This and the fact that my father was old enough to be my Grandfather (Daddy was almost 50 years of age when he married Mother at the age of 26). My Grandmother and Grandfather (my mother parents) and her sister, Aunt Mabel were very positive persons in my development, and financially helpful to the family.
Enough of my self analysis, after the Air Force and during College, I came out of my shell, so to speak, got married and became very active in church. My wife and I have two children, a girl and a boy. Now we have three grandchildren, one girl and two boys. I am retired now after 36 years of Government service. I wrote my feelings along the way, some were unbearable, but with faith somehow we, as a family, survived. I hope you will find my writings of my struggle, as well as my insight on matters helpful in your life.
Sincerely, Charles E. Carr
MY PRAYER FOR THE BOOK-AT THE DOOR
Almighty Everlasting God I come to you as a sinner forgiven because of your love through Jesus—not with any understanding but in faith in His Name I pray. I thank you-I believe you helped me to write this book—At The Door
through the Holy Spirit.—I Give you the Glory. Thank you for that final push that got me to publish.
It is in your hands now and—I pray that this book will be successful and will help persons: to be more under-standing-to seek justice with mercy—to trust and obey using common sense in balancing law and grace ^to increase their desire to study your word-to know that you are greater than their own opinions—and to increase a stronger faith with tolerance, as well as—give me some financial security in my retirement.
Thank you, Your Will be Done—Amen
I believe in the Sainthood of all believers.
I ask all of you, but only those who believe that the Holy Spirit helped me write this book to pray for its success and me.
Prayers of the Saints-Read Revelations 5-10.
Revelation: 5: ………. Each had a harp and they were holding golden bowls all full of incense, which are the prayers
of the saints, And they sang a new song……….But in the days
when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just
