About this ebook
When I was four years old, the family went on holiday to Blue Anchor Bay in Devon and I can never forget being mesmerised by the sun slowly sinking into the sea. I was filled with awe and had the feeling that the sun was smiling at me. In later years, I just could not believe that it all happened by accident; but must have been created. Science has revealed what an extraordinary world we live in and how we are all caught up in its continuing evolution. We are all in some way responsible for the future of the world, not just for the sake of our children but also for the future of the world itself.
Alec Fraser
He was born six days after the present Queen and never forgot to remind his mother that his birthday was six days after hers. He grew up in Enfield, North London in a middle-class family with a nominal attachment to the Church of England. In 1947 he became a Roman Catholic to the bewilderment of his relatives and in 1954 was ordained a priest. Now in his old age he finds himself to his great surprise writing poetry.
