Your Children's Party and How to Plan it, Run it, Enjoy it - Anthony Hoare
The Start
OMG! Throwing a Party for My Child!
This short guide will take some of the stress out of this thought.
Lots of parents/carers view the approach of their child’s party if not with horror, then with some concern! Will it be a success for my child? Will there be enough food? What games shall I play, and so on?
This little booklet will help you answer those questions and make your party a happy, fun and stress-free one.
Details of how to play each game are at the end of this booklet.
Remember this is a very exciting day for your child, so your aim should be for you to try and relax and enjoy the party too. This can be achieved by planning. If you’re reasonably organised and fairly relaxed, it will communicate itself to everyone and make for a great party. Your friends will be most impressed.
So Plan! Plan! Plan!

Helpers
Always have at least one helper (more if there are over fifteen children). They can run things whilst you sort out problems, such as an unexplained crying child – often
