      This story begins with spousal abuse..including rape. She and a friend run to another state..she's pregnant. Six yrs. later her phone rings..just breathing..then dead air.

      Loving all the main characters in this series of books.Although parts of the story are weird like starting it with a rape and having one of the main characters beaten and shot three times really was that necessary.I don't think it was you need to work on that side of your stories they suck.

      It's classified as "romantic comedy" and starts with a RAPE?

      I was done by chapter 7. The author is trying to make a romantic comedy out of rape and murder. The main female character is an absolute idiot. She gets told her parents are dead and it's probably murder and she turns the next 24 hours into a three stooges skit. I can't fully express how much this book disgusts me.
