Returning home from a horse auction in Kentwood, Louisiana, Kole Devereaux is involved in a devastating accident in which two teenage boys are killed, and leaves Kole paralyzed from the waist, down.  Even though the wreck was not his fault, and the paralysis is temporary, Kole descends into a state of depression and pushes everyone out of his life – including God.

Is his wife’s faith in God, and her belief that her husband will one day walk again, enough to save their marriage?  When Kole realizes that he can’t fight the battle alone, he has only two choices: put God in the driver’s seat and guide him back to the faith he once knew; or will he give up and let Satan win the battle.  The decision is up to Kole.
