The new book "Creating The New Internet Super Highway" takes the World Wide Web to a whole new dimension and way of thinking. It was a physical world of technology that the Internet and World Wide Web was born and created. But as technology further advanced especially in the last few years, with the significant emergence of Social Media and Interactive Entertainment, namely games it was soon concluded that a new Virtual World exists today. 

In 2013, when the author examined the bounce rate of Corporate web sites and the continued increase of uploading data by the minute and hour everyday. It soon became apparent things had to change, to avoid what the author described as "the chaos theory of the web" an article he wrote back in 2006. 

By further understanding the spectrum of light and transportation of packet data and the anomalies thrown up from fractal maths. The author took a closer look at the World Wide Web and discovered even in a virtual world, the realms of Natural Law in the form of Quantum Mechanics and Natural Branching was very evident and present, busy at work even in a Virtual World. 

Today the human story and journey has reached an interesting juncture, as Science and Bio-Chemistry begins to further understand how everything ticks on the planet and beyond. The key element function found in the covenant of Quantum Mechanics is the rule of Natural Law to "Evolve and Refine" and also found within such a World, is now an acceptance of the impossible. In fact Quantum Mechanics applies similar methods many Computer Scientists use today when presented with a barrier and this we describe as a "work around" and further found, are many other quirks and multi-faceted phenomena, opening up endless possibility and in fact will result in the changing of the way we think. 

The book also covers the eventual future development of a 6 element binary coding system, also covering the many primary and sub category elements that exist and can be changed and refined now, to create web sites far beyond the speeds of the current norm. In fact by following the changes that can be made in the book, web development can take on a whole new meaning and especially the inclusion of stealth. 

The book is a must for all web developers, webmasters, programmers and site owners, who seek ultimate success online. Today changes can begin, as the time is now where the knowledge and information is available to further navigate and venture into a new future!

Alastair Agutter Marine Biography Alastair Agutter is one of a select few world-wide to successfully breed the Discus (symphysodon) species King of the Aquarium in captivity and an authority on these tropical fish species and others, as an accomplished Best Selling Author of Specialist Books Internationally. Alastair began keeping and breeding tropical fish as a hobbyist from the age of just 9 years back in 1967 (now 50 years in 2017) and has successfully bred many species. He was one of the very first Aquarists in the United Kingdom breeding cichlids from the Great Lakes (Malawi and Tanganyika) in the early and mid-nineteen-seventies. His enthusiasm as a dedicated Aquarist continues today with a number of projects underway; including the development of new biological filtration systems (Polyatomic-ion Biological Reactors), to help improve the success rate for keeping thriving plants with tropical fish species. Other projects include breeding a number of endangered species including original strains of the symphysodon family and other smaller indigenous species native to South America mainly inhabiting the Great River Amazon. Alastair also continues today designing and making his very own aquariums and equipment for his projects, and also endeavours to write more tropical fish hobbyist reference books as a freelance full-time author, in the interests of further serving the local and wider Community Internationally.

Alastair R Agutter was born in Farnborough Kent England in 1958. Firstly, I would like to thank you for acquiring a copy of this book Creating the New Internet Super Highway for an insight now surrounding the future landscape of the World Wide Web and the ability to deploy new technologies now and in the future for the 21st Century!

This book provides proven information on taking any participant party involved with the World Wide Web to a whole new dimension and different level of thinking.

So let’s start with some basics!

The Commercial World Wide Web as we know it began in 1994, with the development of browser software namely Mosaic created by Marc Andreessen and Eric Bina while at NCSA, Champagne, Illinois, USA.

My participation surrounding the World Wide Web began as a UK founding Netscape DevEdge Member developing and customizing Netscape Navigator Software Browser Suites in the mid 90’s, some 21 plus years ago as a Senior WWW Developer. A period I described as early hazy days, consisting of students, enthusiasts and academics.

In just over two decades the landscape of the World Wide Web has dramatically changed in relation to hardware, connectivity and software, regarding user participation for education, products and services, as most of the world today is now connected to the World Wide Web in some form.

From a few 10’s of thousands of users in the mid 90’s, today there are over 2 billion web users. As a result of such changes, you do not have to be a mathematical genius or rocket scientist to realise the user demand is significantly different.

In the early days of poor connectivity with 28k and 56k modems, any form of access to documentation or pictures when visiting a web site, was a great achievement in itself. But those days of the web enthusiast has sadly gone and been replaced today with a cyber world of continued advancements, greater social interaction, daily commerce trading, online banking to IRS Government Tax returns.

The realization of such a diverse traffic environment of demands today could never be retained or maintained in the same existing framework and as like all of Natural Law surrounding Quantum Mechanics and Natural Branching things have to change!

IN THE BEGINNING

Today we can readily acknowledge from technology advancements a virtual world in addition to a physical one does now exist!

The fascinating factor in all that we can learn from this book is the power of Sir Isaac Newton’s Natural Law, where such rules also apply in a virtual world as well as in a real world.

As a Senior WWW Developer and Programmer, now for over 21 years I have always been at the forefront of writing the technology story surrounding the World Wide Web with other partners and by fully understanding the geographical landscape, one can see the evolving changes taking place now and in the near future that serves to assist me in determining what is required!

Regarding what is required, any developer I believe attuned to such an environment can always produce a vast shopping list for change. But the starting point in any advancement and especially surrounding communication is the constraints placed upon us surrounding the technology of the day!

Natural Law consistently teaches us the need for understanding balance in all that we do, for within Natural Law in the realms of Quantum Mechanics, there are two key essential ruling functions and these are to Evolve and Refine. However, regarding us the human race, very often like Children or adolescents, we very often tend to become drunk from the excesses of something (new gadget or product) and this can become a problem!

From Social Networking to Multiple Devices, from hardware storage to cloud data gathering, from valve television to transistor Smart TV, when such technologies are born and arrive in our commercial consumer driven world, the human race can become very quickly and easily drawn in and consumed by such advancements.

As a species evolving, the human race in a short period of time has had a significant impact on the environment. Early days of local and regional evolution did not impede or impact the community at large, only the localities the human race inhabited at that time!

However today, with a population of over 7 billion human beings on Earth and an interconnected community, the consequences and impact of our actions is now very noticeable, especially surrounding Climate Change.
