There are 300,000 veterans diagnosed with PTSD and 1500 amputees in the US who could benefit from having a service animal.

This book will appeal not only to veterans and military personnel but also to anyone who has a pet. The ASPCA estimates that there are 70 to 80 million dogs and 37 million cats living in households in the United States.
