The events, thoughts and emotions that take place in a fictional week. Some might be light and amusing, others a bit disturbing and still others may be thought provoking. A collection of thirty-five poems designed to reflect the human condition and how thoughts and circumstances can change in a matter of minutes. It's a collection that is somewhat reflective of the times we live in, both upsetting and compassionate, yet written in an easy to read manner. You can't share thoughts and emotions with others if they don't know what you're talking about. So here's to us. Enjoy!

I breathe deep

Ahh, coffee!

Warm colors
The color of flesh
From pale white to near black
Pearl, blush, tawny, olive, cocoa
What a resplendent ocean of color!
They shimmer harmoniously
