"I want it!" Sophia declared with conviction.

Jessica pulled down the tarp that covered the cage with a strong push and the gryphon, immediately aroused by the strong smell of sex and the light rushing in his cage, broke the lock and walked outside, stretching his muscles after the long time confined.

Pioneer geneticist Dr. Sarah Lane leaned into an early morning Sophia that skidded off the choppy whitecaps of the Hudson River. It was spring and sunny, but the biting wind cut creases around her eyes, blew long strands of her lush red hair and gave the doctor a chill. She was completely naked, covered only by a flimsy white coat that had been scratched and ripped in many places. Her clothes were stuffed inside a garbage can on a back street, along with her wallet, and what few other personal items she still carried with her.

Sarah knelt in a sandy patch of grass and looked up at the skies, she knew he was there looking at her. He was always there. Specks of black danced on the cold skies, gliding and turning with their unmatched grace. It was the beginning of the end. Panic caught the doctor off guard and her body went rigid. Tremendous heat flushed her face. She fought off a surge of adrenaline by breathing deep into the cold and exhaling warm vapor until her heart rate became steady.

Sarah’s murky blue eyes scanned the park for spectators. The field was deserted. The only sounds came from an occasional passing car on the nearby parkway. On hands and knees, she took off her coat. Her body was covered by the scratches and bite marks of the last days of intense mating, her belly stuffed as if pregnant. She spread her legs, cold sweat covering her body, the wind making her shiver at the same time her rushing heart pumped faster.
