IS PAX HEARING VOICES TODAY? Answer given: Yes
QUICK SUMMARY OF TODAY'S VISIT:
Pax Sokolov is a new patient the SPLIT program is working with. She is 30 years old. Identifies as a straight woman. Has no religious practicing. Is sexually active. Has used drugs in the past, but insists she only ever abused prescription drugs. Claims to have given up smoking, though her breath contains odor of cigarettes. Frequently uses alcohol. Seems very optimistic about new medicinal study. Pax said she was feeling anxiety about coming here, but mainly because of the recent firebombs in the city, and acid attacks at local bus stops.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Pax mentioned to me that she feels the waiting room for our research facility is too 'opened-up' and bland, and not distracting enough to the visiting patients. Pax mentioned that she is not 'overly' homicidal or vengeful today but said she sometimes has the urge to 'cut out the eyes' of anybody that stares at her for too long and keep them all in some wooden custodial room. She joked about it; 'janitor-ment' was the term she threw out, in
