    Princess.

    That’s what they call me.

    Brat.

    Bitch.

    Spoiled.

    Always spoiled.

I can’t help it though. It’s just how I was raised.

My mother raised me by myself. My father had left her with a fat alimony check and run off with his secretary, and my mother was happy to hand me off to nannies and tutors while she had a relationship with his money. Needless to say, she and I never were particularly close.

What he didn’t know what the feelings I felt for him were decidedly unprofessional.

I was eighteen, and while most people my age were preparing to head off to college, I was content to spend my free time (and whatever time I could get away with around the office) shopping and lazing by the pool. After all, my mother had managed
