It all began on Friday afternoon.
I was walking home from school with my best friend Millie.
I said, Mr Brooke gave us a lot of homework. It’ll take all weekend to do!
But it will be good fun,
Millie said. I love reading about dinosaurs.
I shook my head. I think dinosaurs are boring,
I said.
Millie smiled. You are odd, Mouse! You must be the only boy in school who thinks dinosaurs are boring!
