- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I was lucky enough to receive this book via @NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.I agree with the description of this book that it is a beautifully written exploration of identity, love and loss, set against the social upheaval created by the rise of Singapore.I really enjoy reading about other cultures & this book did not disappoint a sad poignant story. I recommend
