About this ebook

Angel Hamilton is a private eye with a gigantic chip on his shoulder, but is a pushover for beautiful women. He could be an angel; he’s not sure, and Albert Einstein his ghost mentor is not talking. Least of all about that.

Angel’s called to help an Amazon goddess who is hopelessly in love and is afraid she won't be able to win the heart of a librarian named Thor.

Angel is hired to teach her how to grab Thor’s attention so she can win his heart.

But as he helps her he becomes entangled in a much bigger problem involving himself and his tendency to send Hellbound back to hell. He is a wanted man now and the Hellbound are determined to take him out.

A film noir type detective with supernatural powers takes on cases that only a crazy man would. But then that's Angel for you, crazy enough to fight dragons and giants to solve his cases. Especially when a beautiful woman is involved.

A fun packed adventure that is funny, sexy and downright hard to not like and especially hard to put down.

If you like mysteries. If you like urban fantasy. If you like a tad of science fiction tucked in there too, then this second tale of Angel is going to take you somewhere you've never been before! And clobber you right where it feels good!

    Angel Files, Case #321

I won't pretend to make you believe this one. Let's just write it off as a well practiced fairy tale that a tired old D.S.C.I., Detective Supernatural Criminal Investigator, chooses to fob off on the gullible and the weak minded. Not that any of you are gullible and weak-minded. It's mostly just to let you off the hook, if this story doesn't work for you.

As I re-examine this particular case I have to hark back to my first taste of the extra natural. I won't call it supernatural, because it's not super to me in any way. Super I reserve for Ben and Jerry's ice cream, a triple layer chocolate fudge cake, or Super Man. Not much else. Including sex. Which I won't rail on because it's too sensitive a topic for most to talk openly about.

Instead let's go back to my Graduate year at Cal Tech, and those ambitious rocket scientists, whose names I won't reveal, namely because I'd probably get sued or even slammed into a deep cell somewhere beneath Guantanamo. Oh yeah! You didn't know? Guantanamo is not about those poor soldiers interred there; it's strictly a front for all the people who get buried from public life forever. You know them: Whistleblowers, Aliens, werewolves...yeah, they aren't liked much by the FBI or the CIA, as they can't keep their teeth or their alien hands to themselves, so they just bury them, and no honest to God liar likes a whistleblower. So good bye them and hello Guantanamo.

You say to yourself, more conspiracy theory stuff. Wrong!

I've been there. More than once. The only reason why you're reading this is because I can get away with it by saying its science fiction urban fantasy story telling. No one believes a writer if they say they saw a UFO, or a werewolf, or a demon suck the life force from their lover!

But I've known all the above and more.

Anyway, Case 321 was one of those deals where you can either go completely insane trying to figure it out, or just go with the flow and hope you can swim over to the other side before that great big Tsunami heading your direction sweeps you away never more to be seen again.

    And by the
