- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Excellent reading material! Very well written and illustrated. The flight testing part is amazing input on this plane!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5ON THE BOOK - very detailed report on the plane
superb photos and illustrations
ON THE ME 264 - in development too late in the war ( a dead end )
Luftwaffe took on too many project s - one
author claimed that IT had 450 aircraft of
various marks/models with tons of planes
on the drawing board.
By the late 1930's the US was developing the
B-17 and B-24. Designs were in progress for
the B-29 and B-32.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I don't think there is much more information on the Me 264 than you find in this book.
