This book is based on an idea from my hubby. He said what if a 1Night Stand date didn’t happen between who it was intended to because someone got sick. From there I got two twins, Laney and Lacey. They are both polar opposites and nursing their own hurts, but Laney is the first one at a chance for love.

Kanoa is the man’s man. Ex-military, bodyguard, rides a motorcycle, and tattoos. Every woman sees him as the bad boy, the alpha. In reality he’s looking for someone to treat him not like a king, but like an ordinary man.

I don’t think I can go.

Laney Malcolm pulled her head out of her book, staring at her sister propped up in the doorway. Go where?
