About this series

An invitation to Cupid's Café will change your life.

Lydia Rossi has The Plan all figured out. A great job at Louisville's fastest-rising tattoo shop, a place of her own, and putting her heroin addiction behind her once and for all. So far, everything fits perfectly into the safety-focused life she's created, though she can't forget the one woman who made her want more.

Jenny Sloane's sole focus is on convincing her brother to let her come home. She's deceived him into thinking she's clean, but the truth is—she likes the way she feels when she drinks. If it takes a few white lies to make it happen, she will lie until the cows come home. She doesn't need anyone, except family.

A note from Cupid's Café reunites Lydia with her former therapy groupmate Jenny, sparking attraction, but a new complication arises when Jenny moves into the same transitional living house with Lydia. Jenny's presence threatens to unravel Lydia's plan, and for the first time Jen's family-only focus wavers. One moment and one mistake is all it'd take to destroy their futures, but the chemistry between them is undeniable. No strings attached becomes tangled. Can a relationship be part of The Plan after all?

Welcome to Cupid's Café, a place where missed connections meet. How the invitations find them, no one knows…except for the mysterious owner, Mr. Heart.

This multi-author series focuses on protagonists struggling with real-life issues that often get swept under the rug. With Cupid's Café, these issues find representation in the characters struggling to conquer their own problems while trying to carve a future for themselves.

From cops to artists, or social workers to photographers, Mr. Heart ensures these lost souls who believe themselves undeserving of love reconnect with their fated match.

Each couple embarks on their journey at Cupid's Cafe, but the rest is up to them: whether damage wins or they find true love in the end.

An invitation to Cupid's Café will change your life. Agatha Kakos is one brownie bite away from losing her dinner when an invitation to Cupid's Café shows up on her doorstep. Fighting bulimia and her mother's constant verbal abuse has never been easy. An offer to meet a secret admirer is more a morale booster, if anything. Following a break-in and the destruction of his paintings, starving artist Murphy O'Shea finds himself at wits end. Not only does he need to prepare ten more paintings, but in the midst of another manic/depressive episode, the challenge seems impossible. He's got two months or he'll have to cancel his first show. The Cupid's Café invite offers him a chance to find his muse. He doesn't expect it to be the woman he's mirrored every previous painting on, nor does he plan on being able to offer Aggie the help she needs. Aggie finds saving grace by renting an apartment from Murph in exchange for posing for paintings. She's fully invested in the man, his art, and exploring the sexual attraction between them. But Murph sees Aggie as his savior, the only one keeping his disorder from becoming worse. When both are faced with their worst fears, the only solution is for them to be apart. It's going to take them saving themselves before a future together is possible. Can they find a way to conquer their inner demons or will they succumb to the idea they aren't worth a happily ever after? Welcome to Cupid's Café, a place where missed connections meet. The sparks that surged when they were both teens rekindle stronger than ever, and all too fast, Liv and Zane entangle in each other's lives, breaking their own rules. My motto is Live Your Adventure! I try to abide by that philosophy and live my life to the fullest every second. I've jumped out of planes, flown in the backseat of an F-15, gone to pilot training, been an engineer in the Air Force, studied satellites and radars, live all over the US and in England, and survived the greatest adventure of all, motherhood. Other than my wonderful husband and four beautiful daughters, the highlight of my life was hanging out of the back of a Black Hawk helicopter flying 100ft over the treetops at night.  Writing provides its own kind of adventure where I can mix my life experiences with my own imagination and create whole new worlds. Come step out of your world and into mine to see what adventures I have waiting for you.
