There are so many books on the how of doing real estate — but certainly not enough about real life people doing real deals, and the sharing of true stories.

It’s so incredibly hard to start a real estate club with so much competition, but Todor amazingly defied all the odds and created a safe place for people to connect, share, and learn. Most organizers start clubs for the wrong reasons...they make it all about pitching deals and getting leads...disregarding the importance of educating and uplifting others. There is more than enough real estate to go around. This book is an extension of Todor’s leadership and good intentions.

Everyone has fear. It’s not about whether or not you will have fear — because you will. It’s about how you deal with it. The number one fear investors have is the fear of making a big mistake. That is called fear of the unknown. Imagine you are at your child’s summer birthday party. Kids are running around in the backyard, swinging at a piñata waiting for the candy to drop. Balloons and bubbles are popping... After all is said and done, there’s nothing left but empty candy wrappers everywhere.

No, real estate is not like that. By the time you read this book, you’ll know how to better decide for yourself if real estate is for you. You will pay less and less attention to all the noise and hype like the bursting balloons and bubbles. You will instead be armed with the most powerful weapons: critical thinking and knowledge.

We did not create real estate. We were created IN real estate. It’s been around longer than we have. And that’s not about to change!
