Preface

I have known Riley since 1996. When I met him, he was a young man intent on being true to himself through means of artistic expression. Through multi-media art instruction and ceramics class, Riley and I created some cool pieces. However, Riley found his outlet, through the years, in music – and in having fun. Having fun included, besides band practice and performance, fishing, camping, partying, and working on cars.

Riley’s unlikely survival from a near-fatal car wreck (December 2012) and his continued rehabilitation is nothing short of miraculous. Certainly, Riley’s strong spirit as well as the love of his son, his amazing family and supportive friends, have pulled him through the past few years into a new place – this time, the renewal of Riley’s creativity and a willingness to really share.

I am proud
