Motivating Children Is Very Important
Educating and caring for children requires special skills. It can not be done by trial and error technique. If you do by trial and error technique, you will get a big loss. Then, what parents must do? Psychologist said that children motivating is very important. What is the meaning of motivating? It is the urge to do something. Motivating can arise from within or outside of one’s.
To motivate your children can be adjusted with the goal to be achieved. For example, the motivating of religious life, to have a achievement in school, disciplined, etc. The motivating must be adapted to each character of your children, because each child has a different character. Children’s motivation to learn, for example, is unstable. It can change any time, sometimes too vibrant, casual, or listless. Motivation is also a capital for the child to face the future challenges. By the motivation then children will always be enthusiastic and not forced to do an activity.
Many items that must be considered by parents to support their child development. Especially for you who have pre-school children, kindergarten, or elementary school. To get maximum outcome, it is better if motivating is done by parents and teachers. However, the children educating will be more successful if there is synergy between parents and teachers.
It is fine to give a gift when you motivate your children to be a champion. With a lure, Mother will give you a gift if you reach the first rank in your class.
Indeed, a gifts is one way to motivate your children. But it is become bad when your children only hunts the gift and ignore what is the main purpose of the gift. I just want the gift, not the the other.
Maybe your children become diligent to learn, but they do it only to get the gift, not more. And it will be worse if the gift promising make him just anxious. Whether I will get the gift?
