The inspiration for creating Intimacy Adventure came from an understanding that our collective hearts yearn to share a deeper connection with our partners, and an awareness that far too many lovers in the world experience a disconnection in their sexuality and relationships. This book is a response to the soul’s desire for the bliss of union that we intuitively know is possible.The fact you’re here tells me you are interested in diving more deeply into embracing the beauty of who you truly are, who your partner truly is, and who you are together.Here’s a little about my background, and what led me to the realizations above.Beliefs, experience and training ~I believe:* Our state of Being as individuals and the state of our planet are intimately connected.* Sexual health and erotic embodiment are basic human rights* As we each continue to refine ourselves and take response-ability for our thoughts, feelings and actions, people everywhere will be happier and the world will be a better place to live in. I feel passionate about doing this for myself, and I love supporting others in doing the same.I’ve devoted myself to the field of sexual healing and conscious sexuality for many years now. I was initiated into this path at a young age; I longed to find a sense of peace within myself and my relationships, and this has been and continues to be a rewarding and potent journey toward self-discovery. My self-healing work has gifted me with compassion and many effective tools that enable me to serve others. I bring my embodied presence, experience, passion and intuition to my sessions to help others transform and reclaim their own authentic self-expression.I’m a trained somatic sexologist, certified by the State of California through the Institute for Advanced Studies of Human Sexuality. I’ve also studied Pelvic Heart Integration with the revolutionary Jack Painter, and taken Sexual Shamanic training, and studied with numerous other respected Taoist and Tantric leaders in North America and abroad. In my work around sexuality, I include other integrative modalities to support a holistic approach for healing; I’m a certified member of the American Oriental Bodywork Therapy Association as well as an Inner Radiance Qigong practitioner, Sivananda yoga teacher, fire walk instructor and Sound/Movement Integration facilitator.I’ve been blessed to live and apprentice with healers and medicine people, and each has helped cultivate me in their unique way, by introducing me to myself, the elements and the gifts of plant medicine wisdom. I was initiated as a fourth-level healer in the Andean mystical tradition, along with my beloved partner and husband, Vinaya; together we find pleasure in sharing despacho ceremonies, mindful active meditations (Osho), and self-awareness groups around the world.
