Bearly Passing: Jasmine and Theo: Bearly Passing, #2
()
About this ebook
If you found yourself alone in the library after dark with the hottest Were-bear you've ever seen, what would you do? Jasmine is about to find out.
Jasmine has ambition and no time for romance. She is counting down the days until she graduates from college, saving her money, and biding her time. After her roommate started shacking up with her professor, she had to take a tutoring job to pay the bills. Her new pupil? He's the rowdy jerk she thought graduated last year. Great.
Theo told everyone in college he was a were-bear last semester. Which would have been fine, if he graduated on time. Now he is stuck in college for another term, studying history and being fetishized for his shapeshifting abilities. When he hires a tutor to help him make the grade the only thing he wants to study is anatomy...
Sparks fly when these two students are forced to work together. Alone. With no supervision.
Reader Warning: This is a shifter, new adult erotic, romance for 18+ readers only. Within these pages is a sassy student, a sexy professor with a furry little problem, and some steamy sex. If you're ready for dirty nights spent in the library, this is the book for you.
*** This is a standalone novella. You will find no cliffhangers in these parts. Books in this series can be enjoyed alone but are best enjoyed with the others.***

Bearly Passing - Roxxy Muldoon
Teaser
Are you kidding me?
She said, almost shouting. She hoped there really was no one around. You begged me, actually pleaded with me to take time out of my schedule to work with you on your stupid paper. You don’t show up, don’t text me, don’t call me, and hang out with some loser friends instead. Then you come harass me at work and I’m the bitch?
I’m an idiot,
said Theo.
You’re a fucking asshole,
said Jasmine, that’s what you are. I can’t believe I ever thought you were hot.
Theo slammed Jasmine up against the stacks. The shelf groaned but did not move, a few books shifted and fell flat on their perch. Jasmine pressed her hands into his shirt, curling her fingers around the fabric into fists. She pushed him.
What the fuck,
she hissed, leaning up inches from Theo’s face, do you think you’re doing.
His lips slammed against hers like a train. Jasmine’s shoulders dug into the bottom of book spines, pinching at her skin through her top. Theo pressed his knee between her legs, parting her thighs. He pushed into her, hip to hip.
Theo kissed her hard, sucking at her lower lip and nibbling her until she gasped. Then, without invitation, his tongue went darting inside her mouth. She fought him for dominance, darting and flicking, urging him to submit.
She could feel his bulge through her jeans, it was getting hard. Her own body responded, heat pooling in her nether regions, wetness rushing to fill the place between her legs.
She was enraged.

Chapter One
The clock ticked and Jasmine sighed, twirling a strand of her long, dark hair around her finger. College was officially back in session, and with it came all the mundane tasks of college life. Jasmine’s friend and ex-roommate were coming back to school with a new boyfriend, a new house, and a heart full of future wedding plans. Jasmine came back with a second job, higher rent, and an intense desire to hurry up and graduate.
She stretched, cracking her back. Not that she was complaining, not really. Her second job, a tutoring gig, practically fell into her lap. It was perfect. She tutored in the library, where Jasmine already worked as a library assistant. It paid okay, for a campus job. The best part was that her appointments rarely showed.
Jasmine glanced at the clock, twenty minutes to nine. Her shift was over soon. You’d think that since the students were paying for their education they would take advantage of tutoring opportunities if needed. School had already been in session for a little over a month and only half of her clients had showed for their sessions.
Eighteen minutes to nine. Jasmine slipped her laptop out of her bag, there was no reason she couldn’t squeeze in a little of her own fun.
Jasmine surfed Facebook while she waited for her client to arrive. She liked an album her best friend Saylor uploaded. She and her boyfriend Ryan posted pictures of how they rearranged their home, the two of them cuddling on the couch, and the burned dinner Ryan tried to make the night before. Jasmine grinned, they were so in love.
She had to forgive Saylor for ditching her their senior year and living with Ryan instead. It was more important that they were best friends instead of roommates. Sadly, Saylor’s absence made it harder to afford an apartment, so Jasmine picked up a job at the tutoring center. It was located inside the library, and her clients usually did not show up. So much for higher education.
The door of the center opened.
Sorry I’m so late,
said a male voice.
Jasmine closed her lap top and looked up.
That’s fine I was just...
she trailed off when she saw who stood before her. Theo. God. Not him again?
Theo?
She asked, narrowing her eyes. I thought you graduated last summer.
Theo shrugged, running a hand through his unruly black hair with a grin.
So did I, but here I am.
Jasmine rolled her eyes. Theo had been in one of her history courses the previous semester. He was the class clown, always disrupting lectures, never on time, full of shit. He was cute, sure, with his chiseled jaw and his broad shoulders. In fact, if he wasn’t such an asshole all the time, Jasmine would find Theo incredibly hot.
As it stood, Jasmine was less than pleased to see this man.
So,
said Jasmine, how many classes did you fail?
Theo sank into the chair across from Jasmine. He wore a pair of loose jeans and a red flannel shirt that was unbuttoned over
