The content of this book is included in my memoir about the remarkable transformations I went through in the process of grieving my father’s death and healing from the effects of an abusive childhood. In that book, I share many of my own experiences of using these tools as well as including them as an appendix. After the book was published, a friend suggested that I make the appendix available as a stand-alone book. I liked the idea. (Thanks, Mark!)
