Nefelibata! Nefelibata!: The Bilingual Poetry Anthology of Lucas Barata Machado
()
About this ebook
Nefelibata! Nefelibata! is the bilingual collection of the poetic work of Lucas Barata Machado, a young writer from Brasil. The book is filled with the impressions of this unquiet place and this unquiet suburb under the eye of the bloody smile stamped unquiet face of someone who truly states: reality is absence of sense, a canvas for each one call itself Art. The book is a memoir, a recollection of how things went.
"My goal with poetry is to reach a state of "anything can be transformed". With that, I mean that the poet must come across the power of the word and bow to the creation of meaning as the words may bow before him, allowing the experiment to happen. The goal is to say, not wanting to truly be clear, for clear is just another way to say things. Poetry and art permit us to abandon the usual ways and establish new medium with reality, and that IS creation of reality itself. Again, by practicing the art of "anything can be transformed" the poet, the painter, the janitor or the sad contemporary adult can live through life as war and extravaganza: a thing to be conquered with pleasure"
Nefelibata! Nefelibata!
Lucas Barata Machado
THE UNNAMEABLE SHOW OF BARATAS NA PAREDE PRESENTS: "The artist is the (un) illusionist, fusing reality and beauty to the unusual daily life, building it's world over the old world that many no longer recognize as their's. The bigger you get, the less the world fits in one self;. the higher we get, the more one should build the world. With all of the selfs. " "It is human and art, a man of stone over the most tender that one can weave to the world. In fact, a wrecked one this is, right? It is pen and paper and medium and the message, one who lives in everyday metaphysics, in divinity demonstration in grammatical symbolism into action rebuilding humanity. One lives only in a body, periodically scared, periodically magnanimous, living in love and passion when not art and science, if not all together and the creation reflects the walked route. It is responsible for the world that it captivates, it is responsible in supraliberdade. It is a child of many that would teach properly if one would paid attention. It's a lot, and so it is. " Born in 1993 in Rio de Janeiro, Lucas Barata Machado began to tread his way through writing by writing in blogs. He lives by the Polimetric Vivencialism and writes under his particular filter that includes the acidity in warm stupefy when not the affliction to the ear of another one who reads it.

Nota do Autor/Author's Note
Bem, culpemos a vida.
This is my second work as a writer. After Sputo (2014), a work that had consumed me a few years in it's own process, I
became a hostage of the experimentalism like never before. Well, we shall blame life. I think you should also have done some pretty crazy things by this time. Anyway, this is my poetry anthology. Every spare moment and sensation, bleeding that one lives. Nonsense of the most stupid things to all that an obscurantist would not say (about love, about everyday supernatural, about veiled mythology, about One – insanely sane -, about her, about knowing and being unknown, about the other, about everything that is ineffable, ineffable). I leave you alone with my beautiful children. Hug the ones who love and scream.
About the translation, sorry for any misuse of my part. I'm experimenting language.
