About this ebook

Description: Captain Hannah's all-female pirate crew is gearing for a vacation--a vacation filled with white sandy beaches, all the rum they could handle, and a hunt for treasure. But instead of a treasure full of gold and jewels, instead they find a treasure in an island full of women--and Captain Hannah's got her eye on one in particular. Adaeze is a dark-skinned warrior, rough and brave with a streak for adventure, and is looking to get herself onto Hannah's ship--and into her bed.

    Captain?

Hannah glanced down at her first mate, Cynthia, who was leaning over the side of the ship, a spyglass in her hands.

    I can see the island.

Excellent. How long do you think it's gonna take for us to get there?

    Mmm. Couple hours.

    Very good.

Her first mate grinned and leaned against the railing. What are we gonna do with all that money? she said.

Get a bath, Captain Hanna replied. Her first mate laughed.

I've got my eye on a patch of land in Haiti, Cynthia said, tapping the side of her eye. Beautiful little place with a great view of the ocean.

Cynthia laughed loudly and rubbed the back of her head. Got me there, captain! Though if I stand on her I don't necessarily see the ocean! She giggled again. How about you, captain? There was that girl in Nassau...

Captain Hannah shook her head. Married.

    Cynthia gasped. No!

Yes. She sent me a letter a couple weeks ago. Found a man who was going to be good to her. Hannah grimaced. It happened again. They always found men who were going to be good to them. It hardly ever actually happened.

What are you going to do?

Move on. Just like all the other ones. Captain Hannah reached into her shirt and pulled out the little locket that she had put together. There was a little drawing of Dorothy in it, dressed up in a lavish, voluptuous dress. Hannah sighed. Her heart broke just a little bit more every time she thought about her. Eventually the pain would drift away, of course, but until then...

You know it'll get better, Cynthia said as she turned back out to the ocean and put the spyglass back up to her face. "Maybe we'll find a hidden tribe of women on this
