About This Book - From the Author

Reminders From Heaven started when I was at the cliff's edge of life suffering from severe depression, anxiety, regrets, fear, daily migraine headaches, legal and financial problems, strong addictions, worries, anger, bitterness, loneliness, and many other forms of pain. I certainly did not like myself or my life, and was no one's definition of a saint. In this complete state of despair, I cried out to God (assuming there even was one) to help me, and answer all the questions that most of us share on earth.

God, do you exist? Show me that you are real. If you are real, what kind of a God are you? Are you loving, vengeful, or somehow both? Why should I go on living just to experience more pain? Who am I? Why does my life matter? What is the purpose of this short life on earth? Why do you allow such misery in this world? Is there a Heaven? And if there is a Heaven, how are you and all in Heaven at peace with the constant pain and suffering here on earth? How can I have peace? How do we make it to Heaven? What is the truth that sets us free from all of this stress? Will you please take away my pain?

After continuing to ask, pray, and beg for answers to my questions, the truth started to flow. Starting on December 21, 2012, I wrote down what was given to me from the Holy Spirit, with the idea I would create a spiritual journal to remind me of the truth, and share with my friends and family. At the time, I had no idea what God's Holy Spirit had intended with the writings.

As the Holy Spirit continued to bring more truth into my awareness, I asked more and more questions. The answers kept coming, usually within a day of asking. I kept writing. With the answers came tremendous peace, love, joy, and a sense of oneness with God and all. The anxiety, headaches, depression, fear, addictions, loneliness, anger, worries, regrets, and pain were all lifted. All I felt was unconditional love, peace, and joy without a care in the world. My outer surroundings and situation had not yet changed, but I had. The truth was setting me free from the worldly pressures and human identity I had created.

I continued a daily practice of prayer, contemplation, meditation, asking for more truth, and writing. I started to realize that the Holy Spirit was writing a comparative book about Heaven and earth through me. I was a willing vessel to learn the truth for myself and share it with others.

The revelations given to me always rang true deep inside as if they were reminders of what I already knew. They always came with the fruit of the Spirit. I was careful to write for the book only when I was strongly prompted by the Spirit to do so. I did not want my human mind or thoughts to be included in the book. What was written always came with the Peace of God.

After writing over a thousand pages of spiritual revelations flowing to me, I started prayerfully searching through the Bible to see if these truths were within it as well. To my great joy, there were many stories, sayings, parables, and veiled truths that confirmed what was revealed to me by the Holy Spirit. It was as if the truth would jump out at me as I read the Bible cover to cover. I finally had eyes to see and ears to hear.

I quietly read through the Bible numerous times, and started reading scores of other spiritual and religious books looking for the truth that I had received from the Spirit. I always read from a deep spiritual state, asking for the truth to be revealed to me. I did as the Bible teaches, and sought with a pure, innocent, humble, childlike loving, open heart and mind. I did not want my human judgments to interfere with the truth flowing and being recognized. When I discovered truths that the Spirit confirmed were useful to understand the contrast of Heaven and earth, I wrote them down and included them in this book.

This book is anonymous, because all truth comes from the same Source. And that Source is not human or from this world. It is the same Source that created us and all life. All the credit goes to Our Creator.

My prayer and will is that these reminders will bring you the same love, peace, joy, and awareness of the Heaven within you as it has for me and others who have read them. You don't need to go as far into the paths of darkness as I did to reach out for the truth of who you are. If you deeply ponder and meditate on the truths in this book, you will be set free to be who you truly are as a spiritual being from Heaven. You will experience Heaven on earth, and be a great blessing to all in your world.

TRIBUTE

This book is a gift from God reminding us of the truth that we are all created with His Loving Spirit. Our inheritance is to share the Kingdom of Heaven with God and all of our heavenly family. God is Love and He has expanded His Love in creating us to share this Love. We are loved perfectly by God, because He created us in His Perfect Love.

These reminders contain what we need to accept this gift from God, and to return to the Love, Peace, and Joy of the Kingdom of Heaven within us.

The reminders in this book are for all of us. They are unconditionally loving, spiritual, and non-judgmental. This book contains truth and light from meditations, answers to prayers, inspired writings, and passages from the Bible; with additional thoughts from scriptures and spiritual books. All spiritual truth comes from one source, and that truth says the same thing when properly understood. I believe that Reminders From Heaven is one of the most comprehensive spiritual books ever written, covering truth and writings from many voices and vantage points. It is a book of spiritual light and love. It is a bridge to the Heaven within us.

If you are already continually feeling the fruit of the Spirit of Love, Peace, Joy, Fulfillment, Oneness, Purpose, and Happiness in your life, then please keep doing and being who you are. If you are not continually feeling the fruit of the Spirit, these reminders are what worked for me in going from deep darkness to the Light of Heaven. They are the truths that set me free. They will work within any belief system you have had up until today if you will let your Inner Spirit be your guide to the truth.

If you can see that you do not like what you are experiencing on the path that you are on in this life, switch paths. Be open to new ways. Explore new options until you find the love, joy, and peace you are seeking.

If you are just looking for a better life on earth, these reminders will work for that purpose too, but you will see as you walk on the spiritual path that your desires will change.

Every time dispensations of truth are revealed to us that appear to be new, we have a choice to make. Do we listen to these teachings with an open mind and decide for ourselves whether there is truth there, or do we refuse to do so, as not to offend our current beliefs and fellow believers in our faiths? The decision to listen to or read the new teachings are often made before even reading or hearing the messages. Think about every time new truth was revealed throughout history in the Bible, the sciences, or in other areas of human life. Truth has always been met with resistance from those not willing to be open to new ideas, or those who considered it too risky to go against the accepted beliefs at the time.

Jesus taught us to seek the truth with pure hearts and minds with the openness and innocence of a child. The truth will confound the wise and the learned with its simplicity. We are promised that if we pray for truth with faith, patience, and innocence then the truth will finally be revealed to us. He told his disciples that there are truths that they were not yet ready for that would come later with simplicity. We all know there are mysteries of God that when understood will explain everything that is happening on earth. I truly believe that many of the questions we have always asked and wondered about are answered in this book. I was a skeptic about God and Heaven, and now I am not. The reminders in this book make total sense to me and bring peace to my mind, heart, and soul.

What was Jesus reminding us of with both his words and his example while here on earth?

Jesus told us about the Kingdom of God, unconditional love, repentance, forgiveness, non judgment, faith, spiritual rebirth, peace, healing, the atonement, the resurrection, the ways of this earth, and how and why to forsake this earth.

He taught us that the Kingdom of God is within us, and is infinitely better than an outer life on this earth.

He taught us that in order to return to the Kingdom of God/Heaven, we must be born again into the Inner Spirit.

He taught us that God is Love, and when we are living in Love, we are living with God. We are one with Jesus and God. We are a part of them, and they are a part of us, as the One God, One Spirit, One Love.

He taught us to keep our eyes on Heaven, not this earth. To unconditionally love God with all of our hearts, minds, and souls, and our neighbor as ourselves, even our enemies.

To repent - to turn around and go back to Heaven.

To ask for, and accept forgiveness, and to forgive all for what we have perceived they have done to us. To cease all judgments of others. To pay no attention to the outer flesh. To see only Spirit.

To gladly give to all.

To see all as God's, and to be grateful to God for all that we receive.

To be a light to the world. To spread the gospel (the good news). To accept the atonement and Love of God and Jesus.

To knock, to ask for, and to seek the truth.

To accept Jesus and the Holy Spirit as our helpers, guides, and salvation.

To be perfect as our Father in Heaven is perfect.

To leave fear and worries behind us. Live in love, peace, joy, and freedom.

To have faith and trust in God in all we do.

To live in Love as our being.

To pray for God's will to be done in our lives here on earth, as it is in Heaven.

And finally, to return to Heaven with Jesus and God.

These are just some of the spiritual truth and reminders Jesus brought us from Heaven. He was telling and showing us that we are spiritual beings, not human beings. That Heaven is within us waiting for us to seek and find it. Heaven is Unconditional Pure Light and Love. To return to Heaven, we must live with unconditional love for all on earth as we do in Heaven. To do this we must remove the blockages to Heaven awareness.

The challenge for many of us has been that Jesus and the Bible tell us what we are to do, but they do not always explain exactly how to do it. As examples, how are we to be perfect as God is perfect?; how are we born again into the spiritual realm?; how do we let go of fear and worry?; how do we cease all judgments and unconditionally love all, even our enemies?

The Reminders From Heaven books show in detail how to live and fulfill these commandments that lead us back to Heaven.

We are created to love.

Many of us have thought of the Kingdom of God as a place where God lives and that if we are fortunate enough, we will be able to live there too. When we realize the Kingdom of God is the Universal Spirit of Divine Love within us and that we all are, share, and create with, this changes everything.

If you want perfect peace, love, joy, fulfillment, and happiness in your life, stop seeking in the outer world where they can never be found. Move your awareness to where they exist for eternity - the Kingdom of God within you.

Human beings are strongly influenced by the energy forces they give their attention and power to. This is what creates the wild waves of emotions and experiences within the human realm of earth.

To remove our awareness from the human energy realm, we must become spiritually aware and awaken, to be born again into the spiritual realm. We choose Spirit over the ego forces on earth.

Seeing Jesus as the Love and Spirit of the God within us all, and not as a human body, shows us how he is the truth, the way, the life, the Light, and the only way to the Father. The only way to God is through Love and Spirit, not through the flesh. God is Spirit, and therefore can only be reached through Spirit.

When we accept Jesus, we accept our Father. When we are one with Jesus, we become one with God. This is one of the key messages that Jesus delivered to us in his earthly ministry. We are all one in God's Loving Spirit.

From the human conscious awareness, we tend to see Jesus for the body image he had while on earth. Jesus has risen. He is alive as the Light and Love of God. His mission continues as the Light of God, to save those of us that are still lost on this earth. See and accept him as the Light and Love of God, and he will save you from the darkness of earth. As with God, Jesus is known through our Inner Spirit, not our earthly minds.

If you were God, the original Creator of all life, living in and actually Being the Divine Love of the eternal heavens, what would you give your children, and where would you will for them to live? Would you hold anything back that is loving, peaceful, joyous, fulfilling, beautiful, and wonderful from your children? Or would you give them all that is yours for them to experience for themselves? Would you want to be one with them at all times sharing the same Love and Spirit?

How would you let your children experience for themselves how wonderful the gift of living forever in Divine Love in Heaven is? Would you be willing to lose them to allow them the opportunity to experience a contrast to Heaven, or would you provide a way for them to always be safe? Would you allow your children the free will to explore as long as they wanted up until they fully understood and appreciated who they are by creation? Would you judge them for what they experience in an illusionary, opposite world?

How would you create a world, and the experiences, that would appear real to allow for the contrasting experiences, but in fact could not harm your children? Would you allow your children free will to experience what they want in this different world using a temporary form that they will believe is real? In a sense, you could create an elaborate virtual reality game with an infinite number of characters for your children to choose for themselves. Some characters are heroes, and some are villains. Some are rich, and some are poor. Some are smart and successful, and some are not. Some that love, and some that hate. These characters last for a brief period of time, and then the characters end.

When your children have had enough experiences, they can cry out for help, and they will be saved. They must be completely ready to leave, or the virtual world will pull them back in. When they are truly ready, they will seek only salvation with a humility and innocence, no longer looking to the virtual world for truth. This desire will lead them back home to Heaven. To make sure that your children know about the light, the truth, and the way - would you send a Savior and messengers of the light, the truth, and the way? Would you send them reminders from Heaven? If they will just ask, would you answer their questions with the truth? Would you celebrate with a party when they return home to the Kingdom of their inheritance?

Would this be a loving plan?

We are created with the Spirit of God within us. The challenge is that there is a veil to this inner truth blocking the Light from our awareness. When we ask, Jesus sends us the Holy Spirit to our outer awareness to show and remind us of who we are within. So it is the Holy Spirit that guides our outer awareness to our Inner Spirit Self. The Holy Spirit is the same Spirit we have had with us all along within. It is a guide and a helper to the Kingdom of God inside.

Who is Jesus? Is Jesus God? Jesus is the Son of God. He is the created God. God the Father is the First Creator, who created all life. Jesus is a co-creator with God. Jesus has the mission of saving all of his heavenly family still experiencing earth, bringing us all back to oneness with God and the Kingdom of Heaven. When we see and accept Jesus, we see and accept God at the same time.

We are co-heirs to God's Kingdom with Jesus. Jesus is our brother. We are all children of God. Jesus has set the example for us to follow. He has accomplished the atonement and resurrection to help us all on earth. He has returned to his ascended state as a Being of Light and Love. He is the same Spirit as the Father, and is literally with us with the Father in Spirit.

Repentance is to turn around and return to the righteousness of Heaven and our creation. It is to return to our true Spiritual Selves.

So called sin is an act outside the oneness of God and His Divine Love. It is missing the mark. It comes from the belief and acceptance of separation. Sin only exists in this illusionary world of the opposite of Heaven. There is no such thing as sin in the reality of Divine Love.

Heaven is oneness with God.

Hell is separation from God.

***

We reach God and Heaven through Love, not fear.

***

Why pray for what we want from the outer, material world, when everything here is just temporary? These types of prayers are building our kingdoms on earth, not Heaven.

Instead, why not pray for our awareness to return to who we already are - as heavenly beings. Prayers for forgiveness, repentance, unconditional love, and acceptance of the atonement, are the prayers that return us to the Kingdom of God. Within the Kingdom is everything we could ever dream of, want, or need. It is incomparably better than anything this world has to offer us.

But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33

Seeking anything outside of the Kingdom of God becomes an idol to us, separating us from the Divine Love and Light we are. All idols of separation in this world must be let go, for us to return to Oneness with God and all life.

When we judge another, we are really judging ourselves, since we are all one in God's Spirit. What we send out to another boomerangs back to us. We are judged with exact measure how we judge. This is why it is always important, even for our own sake, to always send out love.

All you are seeking is not at the surface, human consciousness. It is within and above you in the Spiritual realm.

The success, power, peace, love, joy, purpose, happiness, fulfillment, beauty, and contentment you seek is not in the temporary human realm, but is always in the eternal spiritual realm of Heaven, the Kingdom of God inside you.

What does God and Jesus want us to do? Love one another.

What increases God's Joy? When we love one another.

What brings us the greatest joy? When we love one another.

Divine Love is the Love of God.

Divine Love is God.

God is Divine Love.

Divine Love is Perfection.

Divine Love is infinite and omnipresent.

When we live within Divine Love, we are experiencing the Perfect, Infinite, Omnipresent Love of God.

You are part of God. You are part of all life. You are a part of Divine Love. You are part of Universal Spirit.

You are allness. You are one with God and His Divine Love, Spirit, and Life.

All of this awaits you within.

Re means: again, back for a second time. Look at how often re is used in the Bible, and our world, to remind us to go back.

redeem - repent - resurrect - reborn - reconcile - recover - refresh - reflection - reform - regain - reincarnation - reinstate - reinvent - rejoice - rejoin - rejuvenate - rekindle - relax - release - relief - relive - relinquish - revive - reverse - return - reveal - resurgence - restore - renew - repair - remind - remember.

No one is better or worse than another in reality. We are all God's Perfect Beings inside. It is only on this temporary earth that we are experiencing different life forms and levels of spiritual awareness. The more spiritually aware and awake we are, the more we are feeling the love, peace, and joy of who we all are by creation. The more separated we are from the Light within us, the more misery we are temporarily experiencing. It is that simple.

Love does not get jealous. Love knows what to do. Love does not want to be superior or above others. Love does not get angry. Love transcends fear. Love never wants to be feared. Love cannot be offended. Love only gives. Love does not have an ego. Love loves unconditionally. Love shines on all equally. Love does not judge. Love does not doubt or worry. Love is not proud. Love is infinitely patient. Love is reality. Love is who we all are. Love is compassionate. Love is joy and happiness. Love is peace and serenity. Love is Spirit. Love is divine and holy. Love is kind. Love is truth. Love is light. Love is warmth. Love is wise. Love is infinite and eternal. Love never dies. Love lasts forever. Love sees all for who they are by creation. Love is beauty. Love is ageless and timeless. Love is Heaven. Love is God. We are all Love by creation.

What changes your thought, choice, direction, and motivation is the experience of feeling the Light that has always been with you. It transcends controversy, debate, and doubts. As you feel the Light within, the deep memory of it will lead you more and more towards it.

The Bible asks us to seek all that is good. Jesus taught us that we will know the source (the tree) by the fruit it bears. Thus, good fruit can only come from a good tree. We are asked to pray for the truth and to test all against the Holy Spirit; to lean not on our own understanding; to knock and the door will be opened; to ask and we shall receive; to seek and we shall find. We are told to seek first the Kingdom of God and then all else will be added to us, and that the Kingdom of God is within us. God is Spirit, Love, and Light with no darkness in Him. The love commandments to love God with all of our hearts and minds, and our neighbors as ourselves fulfills all commandments.

With these truths and this love in your presence, please consider, contemplate, meditate, and deeply feel the passages and quotes in your Inner Spirit. Even if you don't agree with some of the writings in this book, if any of these reminders help move your awareness to the Spirit of God inside you, you win! Just a little willingness to consider something new, or focus more on what you already know, will work. It only takes one reminder fully accepted, remembered, and followed to its source for you to awaken to the Heaven within you, and be set free from the stress and burdens of the human experience. Please read with an open mind and heart. You will be so pleased with what happens within you as you do.

When you find your true self again, you will no longer need the words of others to teach or guide you. You will be connected to the source of all truth again. It brings us great joy to help guide you to your re-awakening and remembrance of Heaven.

Only what lasts forever is real. Everything else is just a temporary experience.

Let go of the human self you have been experiencing, and return to the Spiritual Self that brings you Divine Love, Peace, and Joy for eternity.

Life on earth is filled with dream experiences outside of Heaven.

Thoughts without feelings are just thoughts. They do not create action. Thoughts combined with negative emotions can create unloving actions. Thoughts combined with love create loving actions. The thoughts to take your presence to your Inner Heaven, combined with as much love as you can generate, will move your awareness to the spiritual realm.

When you are reading spiritual truth, don't just think about the truth, feel the truth as deeply as you can. These reminders did not come from the human mind. They come from the Inner Spirit. My mind is still and clear, but is not the source of these truths. I feel my presence deep within the heavenly spirit as these reminders flow to paper. The same principal applies as you read them. Feel them as deeply as you can within. Follow them to you Inner Spirit. You will feel tremendous joy as you do.
