Reviews for The Nameless City

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5“The Nameless City” is a 1937-penned short story set in an Arabian desert. In this the eerie wilderness the narrator recalls a night of wonder and terror.I like Mr Lovecraft’s use of language and description. He expertly sets a chilling tone throughout. That said, I prefer character-driven tales with plenty of dialogue and this one simply features an unnamed narrator telling the reader what happened.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Kauhun mestarin novelleja, joista merkittävimpänä Vainooja pimeydestä (Haunter of the Dark) sekä pienoisromaani Hulluuden vuorilla (At the Mountains of Madness).
