Reviews for Sanders

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Sanders or Mr.Commissioner Sanders rules a vast area of Africa on behalf of the British Crown. In this he is assisted by Captain Hamilton of the King's Houssas and Lieutenant Tibbetts (better known as 'Bones'). Troubles come from the various tribes who inhabit the forests and from a number of outside influences. These include missionaries and government officials of all sorts.Sanders is a man of his time and the stories in these books. reflect the attitudes prevalent in the early 1900's.In other words,to todays reader they will be seen as totally non-politically correct unless they are read in the attitude of the time in which they were written. If you approach the stories in this way, then I am sure that you will enjoy them. They are certainly great favorites of mine.
