She is a University of Georgia family and consumer sciences "Distinguished Alumni." Caroline Smith Sherman, oldest granddaughter and namesake of Caroline S. Coleman, is a former home economics teacher and retired Certified Woman-Owned Business owner (WSOB), with three Virginia offices. Her thirty years of sales and marketing led to a state board position in the National Association of Temporary Services.
