    Dedication

To my husband Ken, you supported me from the first moment I had the crazy idea of writing my stories on paper. You provide me quiet time to write, a shoulder to cry on when the stories are too intense, and the unconditional belief that I can do anything I want. You let me live every dream in my fantastic imagination.

    Acknowledgments:

To Kathie and Lauren for spending valuable time making sure every detail was as perfect as it could be.

To my friends Jason and Eric for letting me use your names.

To Chad for your wealth of gym knowledge.

To Mali and Sarah for your patience while I write.

To my dad who is always proud of my writing, with a hug and smile of encouragement.

    Reps? Jason queried.

    "Repetitions. For example, five
