Blood on the Information Superhighway

About this ebook
This book delves into the viral videos and content in the darker corners of The Internet. None of the subject matter here is hard to find. The inclination to seek it out, however, sometimes is. What I've attempted to do here is to give you the details about them. Not only that, but also their back stories. Far too often online, we see a video, see a photo set or read an article...and then simply move on. Sometimes, though, we wonder what led up to the events we witnessed. Sometimes we wonder what ever became of the subjects captured within. Sometimes we've only heard of something, but weren't sure what all it entailed. Well, that's where I come in. I've tried to satisfy all of these curiosities in one place.
It isn't for the faint of heart. Some of it will be hard to read. But this ebook consists of nothing but raw, unedited, uncensored truth about the world we live in. It exposes the atrocities and tragedies that occur daily all over the planet. Some you will have heard of. Some you may not have. All of it, however, is reality. And I present it all here for you in its barest form. Discretion is advised.

Conclusion
WARNING:
This ebook delves into a very, very controversial and rarely talked-about topic; the shock and gore genre of online videos and photographs. It deals with the more viral
and/or most widely-known in that genre.
It does not expressly endorse any web site or individual that may be mentioned herein. Likewise, no web site or individual has endorsed any of the material contained herein at the time of its creation.
The author is speaking for no one but himself and similarly makes no endorsements. Any opinions contained herein are solely his own.
The presentation of the details and facts herein are presented as factually accurate as reasonably possible and are for informational purposes only. The information has been gleaned from multiple sources. In no way are any of these details meant to glorify, sensationalize or condone any activity described herein – merely inform.
The goal here is to satisfy the curiosity of those who may have either heard about these videos and photo sets and not otherwise been inclined to look for and/or view them, or to supply a back story for those who have viewed them and always wondered what all was involved.
Much of the content contained is written in a play-by-play fashion in order to give as much of a feel of having viewed the subject matter as possible without the reader actually resorting to seeking it out to view on his or her own.
The graphic depictions contained here are not for the squeamish. They reveal very grotesque details about daily occurrences.
But even more than giving information about shocking things people may have read, heard about or viewed, the goal is to help educate others about the darker side of the world around them. There is a very real and very common underbelly to the news we hear from all around the world.
The videos and occasional picture sets mentioned are not new. Again, they happen every single day. In the age of the World Wide Web, however, they’ve become far more available for viewing. I feel that reading about them, regardless of the level of detail, is still much easier for some to stomach than actually viewing them. That is my goal here; to help you feel like you have seen them, without seeing something that could quite possibly scar you for life.
By purchasing or accepting this written material and/or continuing to read beyond this point, you hereby acknowledge the fact that its content is of a very, very frank, explicit and graphic nature and that you continue at your own risk.
The Internet is filled with sites dedicated to news aggregation, opinions, blogs, politics, videos, pictures, porn, and all things in between. We often hear about or witness things going viral.
Often, these videos, pictures, trends and cute little memes fly by you in various social media platforms and web sites. Your mother shares it. Your classmate forwards it to you. You see it mentioned in related videos
in the column off to the right on some site. But there is another scene where things go just as viral just as quickly – sometimes even faster – but are rarely mentioned in mainstream media. It delves behind the scenes of the world’s top headlines. It reveals the carnage, crime, accidents and atrocities that are reported globally on a daily basis. Rather than just hearing about them or reading about them, it is a no-holds-barred visual representation of the most shocking stories you hear and read about. It is the shock and gore genre.
Increasingly, the content of this genre (usually considered one and the same) is becoming, at the very least, mentioned in mainstream media, but not usually in much detail.
Violent fighting between governments and their fed-up citizens, religious fanatics waging war on all who are not like them, a dash cam witnessing the effects of driving drunk – the list is endless. You hear about all of this in the news headlines. But have you ever wondered what would happen if you witnessed these events – not just read about them?
While shock and gore
sounds quite broad and even childish, it is simply the name given to the genre by the media. Regardless of what you call it, however, it’s out there. It’s not hidden. It’s not in the deepest, darkest recesses of the Web. It’s not a secret. As a matter of fact, its very existence is often attributed to free speech and exposing the truth.
Web site owners have faced very real and very serious legal consequences for showing such content. The majority of them have one inherent quality: showing the absolute and uncensored truth that is the world around us – consequences be damned.
Yes, you will indeed find those who are in it for little more than the almighty buck. You will find those in it because they simply get off
on shock value. But regardless of what you think about these people, the web sites they own, or the content they show, what they have to share is nothing more than reality; reality unveiled and in its rawest form.
Like it or not, human rights violations occur everywhere. Executions in the
