The Killers Club is a place where serial killers can compare notes, congratulate each other on successfully avoiding detection by authorities, and encourage each other to greater feats of bloody murder.

This is the culture of which Andrew is about to find himself a part. He wants his girlfriend to turn him in, though his brain is too drink-addled to articulate the thought. Instead, he is led by the hand into The Club, where he finds out too late you cannot remain a member without Killing again.
