    Author's Note:

Before anything else is stated let me be very clear, this document, as well as the entire Mill Series, represents my views and these views are skewed to the Conservative side. I make no apologies for this or the statements therein! However, I have changed quite a few names in order to allow the stories to flow, as these are works of fiction. Rooting them in events unfolding around us today was done to make the gravity of the situation real.

I want to welcome you to my prelude to The Mill Series. This short but to the point story should allow you a taste of the rest of the series... Let me be frank, I've made this Prelude free to entice you to purchase the entire series. The trilogy takes a hard look at the mistakes we are allowing to take place all around us today by looking at them from the future. A future that has no President of the United States and where the freedoms that we take for granted today are no longer available to the people.

This Prelude introduces you to Sensenmann, the leader of the Specialized Homeland and Overseas Protectorate, the Shop, a position that was established to remove the President of the United States. Sensenmann will play the role of antagonist in the Mill Series.

The Mill Series, takes the reader through the lives of three individuals and an anonymous orator that are all tied together to bring down the Shop. In Through the Mill, we meet Snow and his girlfriend Jealousy. This Romeo and Juliet vs. The Shop story shows that only the young can pull the country out of the stupor we are in. The second book Into the Mill, is a prequel and we get to know more about the supporting character of Judas from book one as he becomes an agent of the Shop. The final book, Back to the Mill is Joshua's story, as he attempts to re-establish the lost freedoms to America. Throughout the series, the Traveler is an anonymous radical, stoking the embers in the background.

For the third book I worked in concert with the people at Fairtax.org to make certain the information that I stated about the Fair Tax was correct, I was also given their permission to use their Trademark in that novel. My personal belief is that this truly is one of the countries last hopes, taxation must be fixed so why not do it with common sense. Please visit their web site and tell them I sent you!

My expectation is that this perma-free Prelude will get some bad press... There is a great reason for that, read on... I promise you controversy, if nothing else...

I'm adding a short commentary from the
