About this ebook
"Gareth cupped the nape of her neck with his free hand, the other one still holding fast to hers as he deepened the kiss. She felt swift need rise up within her. She strained against him, craving more of his taste as everything and everyone around her faded into the background. She could feel the heat of desire pooling in her belly for this man. She'd never been so instantly attracted to anyone before. She knew he wasn't Fae, she'd realized he was mortal as soon as she'd touched him. If he had been Fae she'd have suspected he'd enspelled her with a passion spell."
Eira Lloyd is half fairy, half human. She is bookish and very logical and doesn't believe in wild passion until she meets Gareth.
Gareth Gray is all human and owns a construction firm. He recently moved to the area of Wales where Eira lives to build a shopping center. He is British and having a hard time fitting in as he gets a lot of hostility from the locals.
Eira and Gareth meet at a wedding. Eira is so freaked out by the intensity of their attraction that she puts a spell on him so he can't see her but with the help of a strange man Gareth is able to seek her out.
They work together to overcome the local resistance that Gareth is experiencing and along the way fall in love.

Chapter One
Head thrown back and face shining with delight Eira Lloyd laughed as she flung her hands out and danced to the music from the band. There was nothing she loved more than dancing to Celtic music; unless it was dancing to pop music, or hip hop, or even just dancing. She’d waited while the bride and groom had had their first dance; her feet tapping impatiently to the tune coming from the violin. Finally she couldn’t hold back anymore and had dragged her sister Gwenna to the dance floor where they were now jumping and twirling in time with the music.
From the corner of her eye she saw her new brother in law, Hawk draw her other sister close and drop a kiss on her upturned mouth. She couldn’t help the smile that spread over her face. Even though Hawk towered over Dera, his devotion was absolute and very touching to behold.
I love watching them too.
She smiled at Gwenna, the youngest of the three sisters as she spun away and danced with the nearest person. It is sweet isn’t it?
She asked when they were within speaking distance.
Yes, it makes me want to find a good man for myself and settle down.
Gwenna twirled and her wild mane of dark red hair danced with a life of its own. You’re next you know.
Eira rolled her eyes, she couldn’t help it. You can go ahead and get married first, I don’t mind.
She’d no intention of getting married any time soon and when she did decide to tie the knot it would be with some sensible man who was a good provider, like a banker. Yes she decided to herself; a banker would do her very well. She loved her new brother in law but honestly, he’d never had a real job plus he was far too good looking for his own good.
