Tango, take me home

Laila, you and Adi should partner up,’ the tutor, Chiara, instructed.

It was Saturday night, and the Argentine tango class was in full swing, the familiar strains of La Cumparsita making Laila’s heart sing.

Having the right partner to practise with was crucial. At least shy, dark-haired Adi had a more natural flair for the dance than some of the others, even though he was a novice like herself.
