PROLOGUE

It is the Winter of 1994. A small group has gathered in a private home in Cottonwood, not far from Sedona, Arizona. They have travelled from France and Andorra, from Holland and New Zealand, from all over Canada and the United States. Of every background and every age, not even knowing of each other’s existence, what has brought these people together? The pull of the Teacher reaches far, they say. Most have never laid eyes on this man, a Teacher scarcely known in America, who speaks so boldly of grand spiritual realities and possibilities in this time of chaos and despair.

DAY 1

As you know, the planet Earth is in a critical condition. This has been caused by several factors, both human and cosmic. The mess you see on the planet—the wars, the famine, the struggles, the enmities—is a human factor. It has nothing to do with the Cosmos, but is the normal mess-up which human beings have been creating for hundreds of thousands of years. There are some cosmic things going on as well, however, which make the situation on this planet very complicated to understand.

The first cosmological factor is that the Sun is moving toward a group of stars (technically called Aquarius) which has a different vibration than the previous group of stars. As our Solar System travels through Infinite Space we come across new groupings of stars, new energies, new realities, so naturally a new situation arises. Our whole Solar System is being bombarded with different kinds of vibrations, energy frequencies or electromagnetic waves, and all of the planets, and the Sun itself, are being transformed by these new influences.

Besides this new reality resulting from our Solar System (and even our Milky Way Galaxy) moving horizontally through the infinite Time-Space continuum and receiving new kinds of energies from the superstructure of Space, there is another cosmological factor which is even more curious: we are also moving vertically, inward and upward in Space, through what we call the inner planes. Or rather, the inner planes are coming down closer to us.

Every solar system is composed of seven great dimensions or planes: the Physical World, the Astral World, the Mental World, the Buddhic Worlds, the Nirvanic Worlds, the Paranirvanic Worlds and the Mahaparanirvanic Worlds—great internal Universes or Planes of Being within the one Solar System. Imagine this planet Earth at the beginning of Creation and look into the various planes or zones of the planet Earth—the physical dimension, the astral dimension, and so on. See them like orbs or zones within each other, interpenetrating each other. Nowadays people call them parallel universes, but they are not separate universes; they occupy the same space, but their atomic substances are structured in different ways so that they interpenetrate.

According to science, Time is the fourth dimension; but, in actuality, Time is not a dimension at all. The fourth dimension is the Astral World, which is another realm within our Solar System which interpenetrates this physical Solar System. And within that is the fifth dimension, the Mental Plane, which is a finer universe interpenetrating the fourth- and third-dimensional universes. And beyond that are the sixth and seventh dimensions, and so on, each interpenetrating our physical universe and each other.

We are living in a multi-dimensional Solar System, all in one spherical reality in Space. In this spot where I am sitting, there could be an elemental on the etheric-physical dimension sitting right inside me, an astral angel sitting right inside me, and an entity in the Causal World (on the upper part of the Mental Plane) sitting inside me. There could be seven beings sitting right here in the same space, interpenetrating one another, not even noticing that the others exist, because they dwell on different spirals of the inwardness of Space.

There is a much larger cosmic perspective to what is happening in our Solar System. To truly comprehend these things you have to look with cosmic vision, which you can do when you have Cosmic Consciousness. Then you will see that the Astral World is getting closer to us, and in about 250 years it will practically merge into the physical dimension. And this is rather unfortunate.

For the last few hundred thousand years the astral dimension has functioned reasonably separately from the physical dimension, and there has been little intrusion from the astral into the physical. But now our Solar Logos (our Sun, who is a Cosmic Entity, one of the Elohim) is receiving a Cosmic Initiation. This Cosmic Initiation began around the year 1875, and for the next 2500 years the Solar Logos will be receiving His Initiatory Mantra from some great Cosmic Beings on the Cosmic Astral Plane (beyond the seven planes of our Solar System). So there is a downpouring of Energy into our Solar System from the Cosmic Astral realms, and this is stimulating the Astral Worlds of our Solar System and of our planet Earth. Everything in the Astral World is becoming super-active, which is rather unfortunate; it would have been much better if the Spiritual Dimensions were being stimulated! But the grade of Initiation being received by our Solar Logos is stimulating our Astral World, which means that our Astral World is tending to merge into the physical dimension.

If, in theory, the Astral World was still pure, this would be a very wonderful thing. But today the Astral World is a very dualistic condition: the upper regions still retain a little of that original, fine, pure Light (the Astral Light) which first formed the Astral World several hundred million years ago; the intermediary regions are a mix of reasonably positive and negative energies; and in the lower regions there are some tremendously negative conditions. Unfortunately, during the past 800,000 years the pure Astral Light has been polluted by negative forces, negative entities, glamour, illusion, delusion, and the reflected negativity of human emotions and feelings. It is a world of absolute and unutterable delusion and illusion!

Because of the tremendous stimulation of the Astral World, large numbers of astral beings are wanting to communicate with the Physical World. This has led to increasing mediumship and channelling, increasing psychic powers and psychic phenomena, increasing delusion, glamour and illusion in this Physical World. It began in the United States in 1840 with the table-rapping mediums, the seances, the voice mediums and the materializing mediums. This was the beginning of the modern intrusion of the Astral World, and since 1840 that intrusion has expanded to include many different forms of channelling (the channelling of so-called masters, space-people, and so forth) and astral glamour of all kinds. There are many thousands of mediums in the United States alone, and during the next two hundred years there will be increasingly larger numbers of mediums connecting the Physical World with the Astral World.

This is rather unfortunate, because the intrusion of the Astral World makes it difficult for spiritual aspirants to understand what Spirituality truly is. It makes it difficult for them to sort out what is true from what is false. This is very important. The increasing astral glamour on the physical dimension confuses and misleads the true seekers, those people who want to attain the higher states of human evolution, the higher states of human consciousness. Because of the astral glamour, people do not understand that glorified Vesture which we can have within us, that Robe of Eternity whereby we can return to our Home, the Infinite Realms of Light, and be at one with the Infinite Light.

To be able to sort out all the messages coming from the astral nowadays—the right from the wrong, the true from the false—you have to have Cosmic Consciousness. But the average aspirant does not have Cosmic Consciousness. She may not even have had a true mystical experience. When the average Soul starts seeking, the impulse is weak and vulnerable. When, in response to her search, she is bombarded with psychic stuff of all kinds from the massive field of psychism permeating the planet—shamanistic religions, primitive religions, channellings, name it what you will—what is she going to do? Naturally, she becomes lost and confused. She goes from one thing to another, seeking, trying to understand her real purpose and goal, and she is very lucky if she ever comes to it. This is the tragic situation in the world today.

You may say that to work in the psychic field is better than the materialistic philosophies of science and politics, where everything is guided and controlled by matter, because the psychic field shows people a higher way. It does! It certainly shows a higher way. It shows that there is an Astral World, that there are spirits of the dead on the other side, that there are various hierarchies of entities on the other side evolving simultaneously with those on this side. That is fine if you choose to work along that line. But unfortunately it can trap the Human Soul into believing that the psychic dimension is the only reality there is and the only thing we need seek, that getting in touch with Auntie Norma who died a hundred years ago, or receiving a message from somebody on the other side, is the greatest thing we can do in life!

A warped focus on the astral dimension is developing in human consciousness. It is a two-way focusing: seeking Souls are focusing on the astral, and the astral people are focusing increasingly on the physical. The intrusion is not only by humans on the astral, but by other entities as well, including some Angelic Hierarchies and other Human Hierarchies from other planets. There will be increasing intrusion from other Hierarchies who used to be quite separate from us, and this is even more esoteric and problematic.

The Human Hierarchy is one of twelve Creative Hierarchies in our Solar System, and there are Human Hierarchies on many planets, both visible and invisible. So, there are eleven evolutionary streams other than the human. Five of them are evolving in Light Realms which we have little to do with—Nirvana, Paranirvana and Mahaparanirvana—so these Hierarchies are not important for us. But the humans and the six other Hierarchies who are actively functioning in the lower dimensions are important.

In the Astral, Mental and Causal Worlds there are angelic beings, human beings, and totally different kinds of beings called the gods and goddesses, as well as other superior beings. Seven kinds of entities are evolving simultaneously in the same Space-Time continuum, in the same universes, the same dimensions. Until now in our evolution on this planet Earth, each of these Hierarchies has evolved as a separate, clear-cut evolution. Each Hierarchy had its own method of working, its own evolutionary scheme, and everything was fine. Whether you were in the inner-dimensional space of Jupiter, Venus, Mars, Mercury, Earth, or one of the invisible planets, you had a particular system of evolution, you did your own thing, and everybody else did their own thing. The whole Solar System worked in perfect harmony, nobody knowing what the others were doing (except, of course, people who had Enlightened Consciousness). The average citizens of all Kingdoms followed their own slow, preordained, predestined evolution.

But now there is a rupture occurring between dimensions and these other Hierarchies are becoming known. This is going to be a problem for them and a problem for us. When another Hierarchy with a completely different evolutionary background and consciousness becomes aware of us, it can be just as destructive for them as it is for us.

For many thousands of years the Astral World and the Physical World worked separately, according to their own law and nature. While functioning in your physical body you experienced the Physical World; when you died,
