- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5A "quick book" doesn't have time for anecdotes. This book was a disappointment, although I guess its my fault for choosing a "quick book."

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I learnt a lot. set to improve my EQ moving forward.
my concern is that the free code to take the online accessment was not made available to readers here on scribd. - Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This book crashed my scribd app on iPad, all ten times I tried to read it. Even after a restart. Couldn't read it, but was looking forward to it. Was going to get angry, but I'm trying to increase my emotional intelligence, so I instead wrote this scathing review. If you reupload a newer file, I'd be delighted to read it.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I absolutely loved it! I am a very busy professional with little time to waste. Perhaps there is a huge disadvantage to reading 'quick books' but there is also a significant upside. I was not familiar with emotional intelligence at all really, and this book packed enough workable ideas that I have gained a strong enthusiasm to learn more and to apply the practical easy to use knowledge I gained from this fascinating and inspiring book. It is easy to read, well written, jam packed with goodies and a fun read.
