Book of Priorities
Emergency Survival Instruction & Materials Management on a Planet-wide scale
Being prepared for possible natural disasters is on the list of top priorities held by any Group in order to keep the PUPs (Populations under Protection) fully protected. By being aware of the surrounding terrain, materials at hand, along with a plan on how to safely utilize all of these things in foreseeable events, a Group's chance of survival is increased, if not ensured!
If there are key materials needed for the plan(s) in place to work, but those materials are not provided naturally in the required location(s) as scheduled, then a priority becomes apparent for those materials (or a working substitute) to be obtained in sufficient quantities along with appropriate placement of the materials in the area(s) that would be of most use.
The Builders of your Earth have made their planet-settings in scale to the Earths from which all in your Groups are familiar with, combining to the best of their ability the remnants of general map information from the original Earth as well as all landscape-settings (common and rare) provided to the Owners of both the New-Planet and the Seed Ship Draaco, in proportion to the number of people in the PUPs -their land requirements for survival and beyond. There is room for everyone!
The calculations by the Seed Ship Draaco's computer have determined a strict time-line to be followed which properly manages the accumulated materials assigned to your Earth in order to maintain the delicate balance between the various projection levels regarding materials placement and climate change, keeping in mind the comfort-of-living standards of Citizens and PUPs with their continuous growth.
