    Vegas is hot, sticky, and sultry when the sun sets. It’s no wonder they call it Sin City. All that heat and excess would drive anyone to throw caution to the wind. It was exactly the reason Lilly chose this place to visit on vacation. Well, that, and Seth lived there. Seth was Sin.

    He wasn’t very tall, perhaps only 5’11’’ or so. He liked to joke that what he lacked in height he made up for in inches. Lilly always wondered if that was true, she suspected it was. He had all the swagger of a man with an enormous cock. Light brown hair, honey brown eyes and dangerous looking tattoos from shoulder to waist completed his sinful exterior. They had been friends forever it seemed, alike in all the ways that mattered, but friends was all they’d ever been and all they could be. Still, the desire between them had always been palpable. The kind of energy that could self-sustain, or annihilate everything.

    So Lilly had stayed away and Seth had never pressed. Instead, they shared stories of their loves and losses, their conquests and depraved adventures. They could always be honest with each other, because there was never any reason to lie. Only lovers had reason to lie to one another; never friends.

    But, the time did come when Lilly fell in love. His name was James and he was everything Lilly wanted and needed in a man. At six feet and four inches tall, his presence was almost always imposing. Not many computer programmers could boast of such a thing. When she’d first caught sight of his dark hair, darker eyes and full sensuous mouth, computer programmer was the last job description she had been expecting. Later she would find out he had a big brain and a dick to match. But it was his easy confidence and fierce intelligence that lay claim to Lilly’s heart.

    After a short courtship they were married, an arrangement Lilly had never thought she’d confine herself within. But James wanted a wife and Lilly wanted James. He was a better man than she had ever hoped to find and she was determined to never let him go, even if she felt the need to hide certain aspects of her personality. Specifically, her deepest, dirtiest fantasies.

    James was possessive in a way that few men were anymore. He demanded what was his. His woman was his woman, no arguments, excuses, or compromises. Ironically, it was both the thing Lilly admired most and loathed about him. She was his and it made her feel safe, protected, claimed, and loved above all others. But, at times, it also made her feel clipped, trapped, and restless.

    Only in the throes of passion, with her husband buried deep inside, could she confess to some of the things swirling around in her mind. The things that made her come long and hard. But whenever James asked where the fantasies came from, she could never find the courage to say. It wasn’t that she feared her husband would leave her, but that he would somehow doubt her love for him and perhaps…think less of her.

    Seth was nearly his complete opposite. To possess was to own, to own was to be responsible and to be responsible was too much to ask. His was a much more carefree existence. He existed only to do that which brought him the most pleasure in life. Ironically, it was both the thing Lilly admired most and loathed about him. He could love her, but he could never claim her. Her love, her heart, was too much responsibility.

    Still, as things often do, Lilly’s bottled up sexual frustrations had come to roiling boil and before she knew it, her and James were on their way to Las Vegas, Nevada. On their way to Sin City to see a man who knew all about sin.

    It was the fantasy Lilly desired above all others and therefore, the only one she could never bring herself to ask for. She would never have to ask Seth. There was no sense in telling him what he already knew. He knew all of her fantasies, because they were his too. But James, her husband, was a different story.

    ***

    After dancing all night at one of the more impressive hotels on the strip, Seth offered to drive James and Lilly back to their cheap hotel. They had agreed there was no sense in spending money on an expensive room they would hardly see the inside of. Seth had offered his place, but his small one bedroom wouldn’t offer any of them any privacy;
