About this ebook
Presented in the form of a journal, this book was started in 1994, as I started to put in writing strange the dreams that were accompanied by the sensation of paralysis. During these dreams I have experienced partial OBEs, I have been transported under the sea and through walls, shown scenes of war and catatrophes and talked to deceased relatives. They may not be dreams at all.

I am retired senior who has had a history of sleep paralysis all my life. I want to share these dreams to elicit response from the readers.I want to know about you. I have always wondered if these dreams are screen memories. Are they? I don't really want to know. It's better to release them to the public as dreams and only dreams. The alternative is to suffer the burden of knowing I have been "contacted" or abducted.
