Wreck of the Marie Jenny

Captain Jack Talbot has a tale to tell. He needs to get the guilt of the terrible events that happened as a result of the wreck of the Marie Jenny.

A shipment of gold, a secret not well kept, results in a pursuit across Lake Superior as wreckers try to force Captain Jack's ship onto the rocks. Side, by side the ships race until they reach the infamous Au Sable reef. The Marie Jenny goes down in deep water, leaving the gold out of reach.

The wreckers escape, but they have a big problem, Captain Jack and some of his crew are still alive.

Two others, "House of Seances" and "The Late Hero" appear in the "Vicious Spirits" anthology. My short story "M'Ganga's Curse." was published in the "Vicious Dead" zombie story anthology and is going to appear in Panic Press' anthology "DEADication." I won First Place in the 2010 ViNoWriMo (similar to the NaNoWriMo only more intense) competition with my entry "Children of Destruction." (Diligently working on rewrites) As a result it will be published later this year.
