Words of Faith - Ricky Clemons

    God is the Greatest Writer

    Exodus 31:18v–34:1v

If a sheet of paper has words written on it, then someone wrote those words for a reason. Words can be right or wrong on a few or many pages in a book. Writing is a language of sharing one’s mind with anyone who loves to read to understand what the writer is saying. Written words are a silent tongue that can speak so real to you and me. If we listen to hear within our hearts and feel the powerful words written down on paper.

We can write words about many things when we must have something good to write about for readers to enjoy what we write. Writing is for readers to see some real proof of words that were written by the fingers on our hands.

The Bible is real proof in our eyes. It allows us to study inspiring words written by holy men who were moved by the Holy Ghost, who is the teacher of all truth. We can read about the most high God who wrote the Ten Commandments with His own finger. God wrote His law on tables of stone, not on sheets of paper that can tear and fade.

God is the greatest writer who Moses witnessed to back in his day.

    A Living Published Book

    Job 19:23, 24v

    Luke 8:16, 17v

    Hebrews 12:2v

Our life is a living published book to read about our daily living. It tells what we say and do, day in and day out. Our life is a living published book of actions that we all have. It shows and tells who we are, great and small.

Studying human behavior can be a difficult task and hard to understand. All through the years that you and I have been living, we have been creating a living published book for God to make a best seller and have the holy angels take to heart.

We write our own living book to be a good book or a bad book by the choices we make. Our destiny can look upon it with joy or grief. The Lord Jesus Christ is our only living publishing company and the only way for us to make no errors in our lives is to give him our heart-felt love and obedience on every page in our book. This will make the devil hate us when we are true in God for Jesus’ name’s sake.

Each and every day, the devil can’t stand to see you and me being a best seller and living our books published by Jesus. Only He can set us free from our errors of sin that loves to rip out the pages in our lives.

    Door

    Psalm 84:10v

    John 10:7-9v

    Revelation: 3:20v

Who would like to live in a house without doors to open — close, lock and unlock as the sun rises up and goes down into the dark night? The purpose of a door can mean you have some privacy when it’s closed for you and me not to be seen. The purpose of a door can mean having some security to protect what’s behind the door. The door can mean for us to open it and let who we choose to allow to come into our house day after day.

We can live our lives like an open door. Giving ourselves time to come in and lay down to sleep away as if we have another day to live. Or, we can live our lives like a closed door to keep out the grand possibilities of what the Lord can do for us on His time.

The heart is a door of locked and unlocked motives to be defined by God’s judgment. Jesus is the door that we can always knock on with true confession and repentance of our sins. Only Jesus Christ always knows what is behind the door of our hearts. You and I can always trust Jesus to come into the house of our souls to bless our lives. We need to always keep the door of our hearts open for Jesus to come in for the world to see that Jesus Christ is the best company to keep in our hearts every day.

    I am a Sinner

    Matthew 9:11-13v

    Luke 15:2, 10v-18:9-14v

    Romans 5:8v

I will do myself evil if I pretend to not be a sinner who never sins against God. There are no big sins and little sins, when sin is sin to God, who hates my sins but loves my soul to save. I come to the reality that I am a sinner because of the Holy Ghost convicting my conscious mind. I will deceive myself if I don’t admit that I am a sinner, who Jesus will save if I choose to love and obey Him.

I will break God’s law if I believe that I can save myself by doing good works and see no need to repent of my sins, as if I don’t have sins. This hurts God’s heart.

The Holy Spirit is always true to me and teaches me all truth about Jesus Christ, who hung on the cross for me. He took the fall of death, when He had every right to condemn me and point His finger at my sins. Jesus can also easily knock my life out of joint if I believe that I am worthy and deserve to go to heaven with Him. For me to enter into heaven, Jesus must say to God that I am His child who He saved in His grace.

Jesus knows my measure of trust in Him, when others may judge and have no trust at all. I am a sinner, that, I truly see. I know I need Jesus. Others may believe themselves to be without sin, but I know the Lord is for me and not against me for admitting that I am a sinner. He can help me to know that He is my Lord and Savior who was slain for my sins to save my soul from burning in Hell.

    My True Identical Twin

    Judge 9:15v

    Acts 5:14, 15v

My true identical twin is my shadow reflecting all of what I do every day and every night in the fall, winter, spring and summertime season. My shadow will do everything that I do. My shadow can appear on a wall to remind me that I am real, even if I may not always be real in my heart day after day.

My true identical twin is my shadow that will never lie to me by not doing what I do. My eyes can see my shadow to show me the real true me. In all of my actions, my twin will make no mistake to do something different from what my body did.

I can never run away and hide from my shadow. I can never deceive my shadow under the sun where my shadow comes from God. God can always use my shadow to let me know that I can never fool him; he’s always present beyond the shadows fading away to the grave.

My shadow is with me for life. Whether I am saved or lost. Jesus Christ will never leave me or forsake me for being real about Him. My true identical twin will make no mistake. He will follow me wherever I go and never fake my actions to not be real upon the land. My true identical twin will be a pure reflection of my body movements even if my motives are not pure. My shadow is pure, never to part from me as long as I live.

My life is a shadow to God. If I don’t believe in His son, who can I choose to keep real in my heart? My shadow being my true identical twin lets me know that I have sins to confess and repent of unto the Lord.

My true identical twin is my shadow that has no voice to speak words for anyone to hear. My shadow will always speak words out loud in my body language so clear to see every day and every night.

    A Pure Reflection

    Matthew 23:1-28v

    2 Corinthians 11:13-15v

    Hebrews 4:12, 13v

The full, white moonlight rays can shine a pure reflection of its light down on the quiet sea water’s surface all night long. There is no pretense in a pure reflection of light from the sun, moon and stars that will always shine so very pure upon this world.

The Lord will always know the heart to be pure with motives and intentions. Sometimes a deed can be done for the right reasons and sometimes for the wrong reasons. The Lord will always see our behavior as a pure reflection of our hearts, while you and I can be deceived by a phony who can behave in a good way all day long but have bad intentions.

A child can be a pure reflection of his or her parents. Parents can’t hide their children’s behavior day in and day out; little children are not mature enough to pretend so very well like adults.

The devil can appear as an angel of light but have no pure reflection. Anyone can shine impure motives, when his outward appearance can look so pure. The devil can be on time to church, return a faithful tithe and offering, preach and teach excellently, sing so great and behave so well. Without a pure love for Jesus Christ,
