Vol 2 The Universe vs Pirates of the Multiverse

    Review by Rikki Leigh

This is the sequel to The Universe vs the Beast of Harmala, and I was not disappointed in it. The author gave this story more plot and characterization, and it seemed to be more involved than the original. I liked the book because it has elements of classic space opera, while still being deeply rooted in the sciences of the races involved. The plot is well aligned, and follows a logical sequence of events. If you like classic Sci-Fi, then this book is one you’ll want to read.

    Review by Christie Landon

There's a flavor to this book that reminded me of Isaac Asimov, back when he was writing the robot stories. It was enjoyable and full of adventure, though, and I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

    Review by Craig Darnelle

I read this book at the request of a review committee, and found it a little confusing at first. As it went along, however, I caught on to a lot of what was making me feel that way, and it passed. I liked the way the author makes use of characters that seem to add more to the plot, then are gone for much of the story, and I liked the overall plot itself. I give this book 3 stars.
