About this ebook
I am not a gambler. I’m more of a strategist. I never dreamed I would ever play Roulette or any other casino game for that matter, and certainly never saw myself writing a book about it. The casinos will not be at all happy with me, but this is a truth that needs to be told.
Just over 10 years ago, I reluctantly attended a Casino Night for a local charity with my wife. They had The Big Wheel, a few blackjack and poker tables, and an authentic Roulette wheel. I did have a little experience with both blackjack and poker during my time in the armed services many, years ago. I was not familiar at all with the game of Roulette. I spent a good deal of time watching the players place chips around the board. Mostly they bet on their favorite numbers. I overheard several conversations about strategies and systems players would use that were supposed to make them winners.
During the next few days I found myself thinking about the game of Roulette quite often. So much that I devised a system of my own for winning based on his theory of increasing your bet until you win. To test it out I bought two boxes of poker chips, a handheld electronic Roulette game, and a piece of poster board for a mock table for betting. For couple of weeks in our spare time, my wife and I played my home version of roulette. To our amazement, each time we completely broke the bank. It was like I had just discovered America! So we decided to gather what cash we could and head for a real casino. We lived in Alabama at the time and Biloxi Mississippi was the closest available.
We went to the Grand Casino. It was an electronic Disney World! There were lots of people and so much noise. So many colors and bells, buzzers, and screams of delight. It was all very exciting. After a great dinner at the buffet, where we again reviewed our plan of attack, then we sat down at our first real Roulette Table. We had played for a while and were doing quite well. We left the tables. Then proceeded to the restrooms to count our winnings. With all the overhead cameras, my wife did not want anyone to see how much we had won. In just under an hour we had won more than $12,000. It was so exciting and incredible. But as we would later learn, it was also very lucky.
We were happy to roll out of bed that Monday morning, but it was time for The Big Decision. We both quit our jobs with a two week notice. Once our employment obligations were over we were free to carry out our plans. If the Grand Casino in Biloxi had been so GRAND to us, how great must it be in Vegas? So I went to a local travel agent and booked a flight for two and accommodations at a hotel on the strip for seven days. That’s where the real story began and the purpose for this book. Those of you who are experienced Roulette players... Prepare to be amazed. I promise you will not be disappointed with this purchase of this book.
After reading Rule Roulette you will be able to see at the table that what I am telling you is true. On your next trip to your favorite casino, you will see the proof right on the number boards. Any casino, anywhere, in this country at least.

I am a 65 year old Veteran. I am Proud to be an American husband, father of 3, grandfather of 7, and now great granddad too. Though I come from a humble beginning in Tennessee, I was raised with very high moral values. I had always worked hard and managed to make a pretty good life for my family. I am not a gambler. I bought my very first computer about 3 years ago. I have been a Holdout for Old School. I don't know what half these cyberland sites are. But I am have a web site built and should have it out there by the beginning of October. I am reluctant to put too much information out there because the casinos will not be at all happy with me. They are Powerful... And they don't like to lose. I am concerned about retribution against myself and most importantly for my family. Money is Power.

PREFACE
Congratulations!
If you are reading this, you have purchased my book. It is the only book you will ever need to be able to win at roulette. There are plenty of systems out there on the market. Any of them can make a few bucks or lose a bundle depending on your luck. None that I know of will give you the real story except… RULE ROULETTE.
Forget anything you have ever heard about the house odds or advantage. The stated house is 5.26% means absolutely nothing. It would be correct only if roulette was in fact random. That is a pretty decent advantage for the house to begin with, but it is certainly not enough to satisfy them.
If you think roulette is random, THINK AGAIN! When you play roulette you are actually playing against the skill of the dealers. I know that sounds crazy, the way that little ball bounces all over the wheel before it lands. But you can take it to the bank! The dealer can affect the outcome of the spin and does, especially if you are playing a system. They absolutely love it when you go in and use some system that one of those experts sold you. They love it because they know exactly what you are going to do. Especially when your bet is getting pretty big, they will spin the ball to land in a spot that does not match the chips on the table. It’s really quite easy for them. Of course it’s not a perfect science, and they can get an odd balance. However, for the most part the ball goes where they want it to.
Any dealer with experience can, at will, hit an area of five numbers side-by-side at least 25% of
the time. This can have an enormous effect on whether you win or lose.
After reading this book, you will be able to see at the table that what I am telling you is true. On
your next trip to your favorite casino, you will see the proof right on the number boards. Any casino, anywhere, in this country at least.
You will learn why the American wheel is different than the original European wheel. I can’t say for sure if it was made this way for the huge advantage it provides the casino, or if the advantage was discovered later on in time. Either way, you will see that what I am talking about. You will have a whole new perspective of the game on your very first trip to play. It will amaze you. One doctor in Las Vegas had been a loyal roulette player for 20 years. After buying my system several years ago he phoned me. He couldn’t believe that in all the time he had played he had never seen what was going on. He was so thrilled, that he was finally able to become a regular winner at the game. Soon you too will be a believer.
BACKGROUND
How This Story Began
I am not a gambler. I’m more of a strategist. I never dreamed I would ever play Roulette or
any other casino game for that matter, and certainly never saw myself writing a book about it.
One gentleman was betting either black or red. It’s a 50-50 bet with a 50% chance to win or lose. A win on a 50-50 bet will pay just the same amount of the bet. (A $5 bet pays a winner $5) When he would lose a bet, he would again bet the same color and double his bet. For example, if he initially bet $5 on red and lost, he would then bet on red again with a $10 bet. He lost for the second time and then doubled his $10 bet to $20 and bet on red again. For the third time the ball dropped into a black slot and he lost again. So not to be out done, he doubled his $20 loss to a $40 bet once again on red. By this time he had wagered a total of $75. This time the ball dropped into the number 27 slot which was red, and he won $80. He was a happy camper,
