In the future, humans have made contact with the rest of the universe and quickly joined them on numerous worlds. In these early days of expansion, Dabney is one human trying to live going from planet to planet and doing all sorts of jobs, both legal and not so much. He's a gambler, a drinker, an occasional scoundrel and and a pretty decent guy. This is how he got his hat.
Caitlan Burns
Caitlan Burns is an author in her twenties who as lived in Texas most of her life. Perhaps ironically, she usually writes about people who live in fantastic worlds or, at the very least, worlds that aren't wherever she is. She's been doing this since school and is proud to say that, a few years ago, she actually became readable. Cait lives in Austin with a hound dog and cats at her door. She doesn't get out much,in great part because she's writing.
